I returned the trailer and got no receipt. He said I would get an email which did not come. So look up my U-Haul account by entering the contract number to find out I needed to take photos of cleanliness and location of drop off, etc before I completed the online return. I then received the acknowledgment of return from U-Haul.

Get the ability to track your inventory via your website so when people place orders, the stuff they purchase is there. It’s a contract that you seriously failed to perform on and cost me $40 for an Uber, $20 in gas, and 4 hours of my life. I hope to never use your services again.

Nothing to improve! I needed a 15foot truck for a Tuesday morning. I showed up at the station at 7 pm the night before. It took me 10 minutes to reserve and make new friends with the owners. Highly recommend this location!!!

It is a new rental location, so he wasnt prepared. Has no computer, uhaul wasnt there, he didnt even know we were coming despite a confirmed reservation. Couldnt choose which credit card to pay with due to no computer, so it created a huge hassle for our personal accounts and had to pay with the card on file which is attached to a checking account and we wanted to use a credit card and it created an overdraft situation . Uhaul was filthy when we recieved it. Got no paperwork when we rented it. Didnt request any identification upon rental and we signed nothing. If you are going to start a new location, you should make sure they are properly prepared before sending business to them. By far, the worst uhaul experience i have ever had

The owner was horribly rude. He didn't have the equipment I ordered and then acted like it was a hassle for him to take it off my bill. I will never go there again.

When I was looking for a trailer, I couldn't find one online. I then called customer service and she told me what trailer I could use for what I needed. She then told me the closet one was about 23 miles away. While she was talking, I found one online much closer. She said the internet was wrong. So I booked thru the internet. She was not helpful. I went thru the process of renting it, entering my CC and drivers license. Then when I went to get the trailer, the guy couldn't find it, said it wasn't finalized, even though I had the confirmation email in my hand. Then when he went thru his process, he said I owned 3x what my confirmation said. He then tried to cancel it, but that would cost me $50. He told me to take the trailer and bring it back the same day and he will make sure I was charged the correct amount. Atleast someone would actual help, vs good ole customer service. Only reason I used them is the lack of competition for utility trailers.

The man that I dealt with was named Patrick and this man really knew what he was doing and very helpful. I appreciate using a service to where the person I am dealing with knows what is going on and Patrick did. Thank you Patrick for making the long trip from Alabama to Indiana a whole lot better dealing with Uhaul...you were great

As I tried to fill up the gas tank from where I got it from at half tank it wouldnt move it was stuck from quarter tank to half I put a total of ga of 70.01 for 61 miles I feel that I should be reimbursed for the difference which is a total of 53.47 I drove a total of 61 miles at a cost of 164.63 I have over paid on the gas.

When I had originally reserved the truck online, I had requested louisville ky as a dropoff as it would save me $40.00. The person at freedom storage changed the dropoff to MT Washington and told me to fix it there. the person in mt washington told me to contact you to get it straightened out. Also the truck was covered in smashed bugs.

This is a location with only a sign. We weren't even sure that we got things where they needed to go. It was after hours. So I can't comment on the staff. None were there at the time. Maybe a sign that would tell customers where to leave the trailer/truck would be helpful.
