No one was there to receive the trailer. A guy who was not the owner just told us where to drop it off and only took my name. So I hope Uhaul knows that the trailer was returned. We took pictures at the location to prove we returned it.Rosemary F.

The person on the phone was not happy that I was dropping the trailer off there. He said he had too many already. Also - I am getting billed for another day ???? No one was there to help with return.Gary F.

I previously filled out a review for this location but forgot to add a few things. As a courtesy for me having to drive 30 minutes to pick up the truck, the owner did give me some extra miles and an extra rental day. It was appreciated! He also through a bunch of used blankets in the back of the truck. During COVID-19 Pandemic you don't really want people's used stuff. By the time I got the truck to my house, it smelled like something died in the truck. Makes sense now why he had it opened and airing out when I got there. This truck had a tire out of round so for my entire 800+ mile drive I had the pleasure of listening and feeling a wobbly tire. This truck also had a faulty fuel neck or something to the gas tank. After trying 4 pumps at the first gas station and every fill up I had to do, you can only pump gas in by barely squeezing the handle at the pump. It didn't matter how you positioned the handle, if the gas started to come out too fast (which was literally painfully slow) the pump would shutoff. It actually made your hand hurt and your fingers change color due to trying to barley squeeze the pump handle. I don't think I was able to fill the tank in under 15 minutes each time due to it shutting off every 3/10's of a gallon. It was very frustrating!Daniel S.
Nobody at this location is observing social distancing or wearing masks. Truck was full of blankets that smelled like dead animals. I booked online and did the echeckin. However, once I arrived at the location it took an hour to get my rental, because the companies computer/internet connection kept giving them problems. They tried to get me to take the truck without any paperwork. A few days later I came back to put my car on a transporter for an 800 mile trip and the owner hooked up my car on the transporter incorrectly. 30 minutes into my drive I pulled over to get gas because the truck was not given to me with a full tank of gas, and I noticed one of the straps was no longer on the tire of my car. The owner kept telling me to pull over every so often to tighten down the straps. Almost as if he knew they were faulty. I had to stop once per hour to keep tightening them down. Apparently I was suppose to be given a video on how to operate the transporter and I never received anything like that. He hooked it all up and sent me on my way.Daniel S.

When I dropped off I just got gas and there was over 3/4 of a tank should not be changed and truck was dirty I won't a credit I willjohn M.
Phone customer (general uhaul) service sucks! They promised Ernesto would deliver at a certain time and they didnt. I couldn't communicate with anyone from Ernestos until the next morning. They wouldn't even try to reach the place for me. When I spoke to Ernesto's in the am they were helpful. They said they tried to reach me previous night, but it was not the case... Anyways your customer service (general #) promised what they couldn't deliver.Anna M.

This location is not your everyday uhaul rental location. I have nothing good nor bad to say about it. Just not ideal for me.Kenny W.

We haven't received our final bill, the truck we rented hasn't been checked in as of Aug.26. we guessed at approx miles when we picked up the truck. My husband took a picture of final miles. But we haven't heard or seen a difference in the billing.Todd C.

Tried to rent a truck for one day local service and manager tried for over an hour and system would not accept my credit card. He contacted someone else and was not able to get it resolved. I told him I would stop the next day to give him the opportunity to get the system fixed. The next night the same issue which took another hour of my time in 90 degree heat. He called someone again but was not able to resolve it. I ended up having to do a cash deal in order to rent the truck. The manager bent over backwards to try and help me but this is a company issue with their system. After this experience I would likely not recommend this company to my worst enemy.Gary B.
