It seemed the pickup location wasn't trained very good. Took an hour to pick up the truck. Other than that, everything was fine.

Total retraining it was a terrible experience took an hour and a half to pick up the truck then the truck was dirty and had a right side mirror that was broken and taped up very disappointing the return in Hernando was excellent

It's a gas station. Location is great for me. I turned the key in and that was it.

The payment is no clear. An I feet cheated it is better contracts another company

BP gas station is busy in the back with impromptu repairs of some sort that clogs up the area when picking up. When delivering back there were people in their cars eating lunch(?) where the trucks park so I had to park truck out of area, move my vehicle, then pull truck in to a space where it belonged. Station has a sign that it is "Under New Management". Rental process was smooth, getting around over there was not.

Only one person working there each day and although he was nice, I was interrupted numerous times on pick-up because he wanted to ring up customers, get them gas and was checking in deliveries. He rushed thru the pick up and didn't give any explanations like I've gotten at other locations when I've rented in the past. At drop off he was on the phone and just waved me off that I was all set. He also never asked me if I wanted insurance and I was charged $45 that I did not approve.
