The AC was not working correctly, it would blow hot and cold. The wiper on the drivers side was dragging and smearing. The camera in the rear view mirror did not work and they only gave me $11 credit for the inconvenience. They should have at least refunded me the cost of the truck and charged me for mileage.
Kimberly CThis was the place I was required by the U-Haul contract to drop off the truck and the woman there tried to turn me away. I insisted they take the truck and left. I suspect this was a new employee, but it was hot and I was frustrated and this just added to my frustration. The other woman in the office took over and accepted the truck.

Carl PI ordered a dolly and there was none Available. Also when I returned the vehicle the odometer was off by 100 miles. It was checked in online, and the office did not verify the mileage. My contract was out on hold and is being reviewed. They said I drove over 200 miles when I only drove around 90.
