I do not know why you guys billed me past the time I turned the trailer in. Why did you all do that?? I shouldn't have to pay that hundred something dollar bill. The trailer was turned in the next day and it should have only been thirty dollars like promised by the guy at the check cashing/uhaul rental place near Raleigh NC. Hit me up about this asap.

I rented a truck for a day from 1609 Newbern ave. Raleigh nc, 27601 and was charged 81.00. He charged me for two days when I rented it for one and he refused to change the contract. He put on the contract 3 hours when I wanted it for the day. Me not reading the contract because uhaul has never done shady business before sign it. I tried talking to him but he refused to talk or make changes. I am still owed money now.

some things are not that well suited to do on a mobile app. process was involved and VERY time consuming. someone left a car blocking the truck -- I had to maneuver over grass to get out of the lot

The location had shirtless and shoeless people "hanging out" in the parking lot drinking beer and shouting at each other. My uber driver was so alarmed by the situation that he accompanied me into the location and remained until I drove out of the parking lot. The business was "closed for lunch" at 2pm--I had a reservation for 2pm. The milage was incorrect when picking up the truck but the contract with the milage was not sent to me until I drove off the lot. I CANNOT recommend this location.

The only thing that I was very disappointed about was the price. What was suppose to be a $19.95 truck rental turned out to be about $70. With all the added expenses, this I felt was unfair advertising.

Was not happy- we declined the insurance- it was covered under ours, but then it was charged after - we didn’t ok it. It was expensive enough with having to not return at same place

The online reservation and confirmation process is extremely poor. Getting in contact with a member from management who is willing to actually speak to you is nearly impossible. I spent all three days after making my reservation attempting to get it corrected to what I had requested in my initial online form. The supervisor or manager who was supposed to be getting in contact with me almost blatantly refused to call me and was consistent with messaging me until he realized my u-haul had been returned. Extremely poor customer service skills — not to mention you guys make changes to accommodate yourself with no customer consent. Horrible.

It’s not the location, it the process. I originally got a reservation and waited for the follow up email for 2 hours before calling back. Subsequently I called back about 4 additional times and after holding forcso long, the call is sent to voicemail which I left. Finally called a local store that was still opened and the Mechanical Blvd location found my reservation but said my name was spelled incorrectly. I spelled it 3 times on the original call??. The email was viewed for the address the morning of the move and there was no physical address, only “check cashing on New Bern. What the hell am I suppose to do with that information? Tried calling the reservation number again and you guessed it... can only leave a vm. Called Mechanical location again and he sent me the actual addresses. I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied with the hoops I had to jump through. I plan to not use U-Haul again nor will I recvommed the company due to the poor service received
