The owner was there, the process was quick and easy.
Melissa DAbsolutely horrible customer service. The Muppet looking employee behind the counter was 100 % useless, rude, and just downright ridiculous. I'm sorry you employees aren't given the time to sleep, or even look professional for work, but that doesnt mean you have to be 100 % useless at your job. 10/10 will never use these services again.
Roderick RJim is a life saver, very helpful and knowledgable, an absolute blessing going above and beyond to help me dissemble the auto-transport after hours. He made sure to be available even with a late departure due to a tire malfunction. I can't thank him enough, very much appreciate his help and ensuring my safety and return. Thank you Jim!

Daniel AThe remote check in took over an hour and required the help of a third party to enter the information, will not use that feature again. Made a reservation 3/8/22 day before rental 5/18/22 told truck not available, had to drive to Rifle, 40 miles one way. Additional cost of $64 for mileage and $45 for fuel, no consideration for additional expense.
John HDropped off after hours in the dark. Not much lighting or clear location to leave the trailer.

DENISE Bthorough knowledge of vehicle wear and tear,, this vehicle should never had been rented.. It is not road worthy,, it needs retired.!! NOT A SAFE VEHICLE>!!!! 1. 6 inches of play in steering 2. rear view mirrors shake and vibrate. 3. washer fluid was not sub zero, VERY UNSAFE !!!! 4. vehicle leans to the right. 5. headlights point to the side of the road. 6. terrible gas mileage.

SERENA MI don't think that anything needs to be improved at this location. Jim is willing to take care of anything necessary for the customer to have a worry free rental experience. He pays attention to all of the details that need to be considered to be sure that everything goes safely and smoothly.
CATHY CReturning the truck to this location was not as easy as one would like. There was barely room on the side for the truck to fit. I did appreciate it being a 24 hour return facility.

Dennis SWhen reservations are made on line, make sure that all of the costs are included, including taxes, fees, etc. There was about a $200 increase between what I thought I would be paying and what I was charged.

JAMES SThis place was awesome. It's a small garage/mechanic shop located in a small town. The guy working was great and helped with everything I needed. Something that this survey doesn't allow me to say or rate was that I ordered a trailer from Silverthorne CO. where I lived, the day before picking it up they called me at 4pm and said they had nothing and the closest one was two hours away. The only option they gave me was I had to pick it up a day early and two hours away. The gal on the phone wouldn't do anything to help make my experience better and said that was my only option. Her explanation for the reservation going wong was that their website wasnt accurate and it was a common thing. It's 2021 and you are a huge nationwide company that has 21 000 locations "more than half of the mcdonald's world wide" and can't figure out how to have a working website for reserving uhaul trailers? The company is a monopoly and it's sad that is the only option for moving across country and you still get bad service like this. Everyone else was awesome in new castle CO and Bellingham WA.
ANDREW LJim and his assistant have always been very helpful for us. Dropping off trailers at his place is easy and painless. Much appreciated.
