The truck was full of trash. There was leftover napkins in the cupholders. The bed of the truck had would look like to be fire blankets like those foil blankets all over the place there was leftover debris from previous usage. The truck also had no gas other than a quarter of a tank, not to mention when I got there to pick it up the furniture dolly that I rented for seven dollars was not in the truck when I walked inside I was told it would be removed from my invoice once I returned the keys I got my invoice yesterday. Turns out they're trying to say I did have the furniture dolly and didn't return it and instead of refunding the seven dollars that I paid for furniture dollar I didn't get to use they said charge me $75 for failure to return the equipment. I have already called and now I am waiting for someone to get back to me. It's been two days , this Location seemed a little sketchy to begin with being that I was going to pick it up from a convenience store and not a U-Haul location. I will never go this route again.

The vehicles desperately need serviced, they are old, rusted, falling apart, and don't get cleaned. Seems like the engines also were in danger of breaking. Finally, highly unsafe area and locals were a mix of drug addicts, dealers, and homeless.

Had broken glass in the back of u haul that I had to sweep out along with some trash also gave us wrong price 165 was the total they gave us and the 100 would be the deposit and put back when we check are card 45 was only put back they totally lied and over charged would not do service here again

We had to get our own tow dolly. The guy just stood there. Then we had to move the uhaul truck out because he said he didn't know how to drive. Worst experience ever.

Have the equipment available and ready when the customer goes to pick up. I've had 2 bad experiences with uhaul in the span of a month.. will not use or recommend this company

Attendant was not available during normal business hours to arrange earlier pick up. Rear door was broken and very difficult to open or keep open causing hours delay. No one was available to assist from U-Haul. Very disappointed

Make sure the truck doesn't have trash in it. We receive the truck with a used mattress, opened containers of cat and dog food, and a lot of trash. Also, it would've been nice to receive a heads up that this location does not have dollies or moving blankets or anything other than trucks. It has truly been the wordt experience renting a truck I've ever had, and I will avoid renting U-Haul in the future.

The pickup time was supposed to be 9:30 A.M. The place was not open. I ordered a lock and dolly on the website, but it didn't go through. Finally, I had to wait to leave as someone had a lock on the back of the truck. Yes, someone was living out of it. all of this delayed me by 2 hours. Worst U-Haul experience ever
