LUIS SNever been charged per mile when renting from actual Uhaul facilities. So it was just more expensive than I've ever paid before. Next time I'll definitely go to a Uhaul location

TANGILA MI was falsely accused of not returning the trailer I rented. After asking me twice where I left it, they finally found it. I called to follow up and dude had a tone and an attitude towards me.

Christopher SPlease don't recommend anymore the company we selected to help us to move in your website "true moving specialist", this guy who was coordinating didn't tell the two people who arrived the right information, they told us that they answered an add on Craigslist! I needed two men and they sent a man and a small 100 lbs woman so basically I helped the guy move my stuff. I have children in my home, there was no background check on the people who came to help us move. The person who hired him has no idea who they are, what if the people who contacted him were dangerous and had other intentions when accepting the job? Thank God these people who worked with us are were safe I guess and there were no issues. Like I said, the way that company works is irresponsible, dangerous, and disappointing to say the least. Please stop allowing this company as part of your list is my recommendation. I allowed trusted them because you have them on your website as an option to choose from.
Jose PAfter the representative got me checked in he gave me the keys for the truck. I asked if he was going to move it and hook up the trailer and he said no you can do it. That is the first time I have ever had a U-Haul location not hook up the equipment. In fact most places have everything hooked up and waiting when I arrive. The truck was dirty on the inside of the cab and the cargo area. When I hooked up the trailer and connected the lights I checked to make sure they worked. The left turn signal wasn't working but was on when the headlights were turned on. I unplugged the wire connector and noticed one of the prongs was damaged. Since no one from the location was there to help, I had to take a new light extension cable off another trailer sitting next to mine. Horrible service!!

Ebony MNo fault of the owners of the facility but one of the tires was 75 % flat which caused some inconvenience but we were able to get to a air pump machine and get it drivable. Other than that everything was top shelf, especially dropping it off. It took less than 5 minutes .

Alexandra OI don't understand why we rented a trailer to go from Florida to Pennsylvania a few weeks ago for about $140 and then rented a trailer to go from Pennsylvania to South Carolina this week and it cost $550.

James KU-Haul should update the trucks more often. Also, I hope I'll not have to use it again. I'm not in agreement with charging for miles and having to replace the gas. Replacing gas should be enough.
Geneva CThe customer service was top notch. I missed my reservation time because I was so busy that day. I was on the phone trying to secure another reservation at Home Depot, which has a later closing time, but no one would answer the phone. Then a rep fr UHaul called and told me I could still pick up my truck via 24/Share. It was a great experience. I love it. Can you imagine, picking up your rental anytime without having to deal with an agent at the counter?
