Lindy MTell us where to turn in our equipment after we're finished and don't call us accusing us for taking the equipment home when it's in the back of the Uhaul the whole time. Check the parking lot for the Uhaul and don't tell us we're late when it's in your parking lot.

Nick G | Expérience généraleFirst, our preferred location was changed without notifying us. So, we had to go another 20 minutes out of our way, causing us to run late for our pickup time. We called the new location to let them know we were on our way. However, they moved our reservation to 24/7 pickup though we did not want this. We arrived before their closing time but no one was there to help with check in, forcing us to use the 24/7 pickup. This was VERY inconvenient and added an extra 30 minutes to our stop. Also, the fuel in the truck was below 1/4 tank. According to the contract, users must return the truck with at least 1/4 tank or they charge an extra service fee. If they charge this, they should use this fee to add more fuel to the tank, so that it is not another inconvenience for the next user.

SHONDREKES CAfter hours drop off with a trailer was kind of difficult. Parking was limited. Everything else was great.
Shana NI reserved a truck from a location close to my destination only after to be told that they em didn't have that size available so i had to pick up probably 13 miles out of my way. Truck was dirty smelt like cigarettes and i was charged for the mileage that i occurred having to drive it back
Carrie JThe vehicle could be cleaned and serviced. When I got in it had a low tire pressure light on and low washer fluid light on. There was dirt all in the cargo area.
TERA PI reserved an 8AM vehicle when I got to location They didn't open till 9AM. I was trying to use the self sign in without any benefit. It wasn't user friendly at all. I called the customer service # and was getting assistance then the storage manager arrived to help me. I lost an hour of moving time for horrible sign in procedures. Next time I want to use a staffed open facility.

Lizabeth CI drop the U-Haul off ..I call the 800 number ask them would it be a problem if drop the truck at 12pm she told it would not be problem.10am was my drop off at first.. I woke up this morning check my bank . U-Haul charge me 57$ for those to hour. Very disappointed.. I'm retired army veteran 20 years I been using U-Haul never had a problem like this.. plus I needed that money for my family.. been lay off during this COVID 19
Maurice PBe good if owner or someone would do walk around with customer, other than that it was very nice to do business with them, very friendly and very professional about the whole transaction.
Eric MI made sure and fueled the rental before I returned it and I was still charged $13,2 for fuel. I called and explained i put $12 in gas before I returned it and got no explanation. The fuel gauge was over the mark on the contract.
