This is a very remote location. There is nobody on-site until 10:00 AM. I had the 24/7 app to check in at 8:00 AM but there was no WiFi and cell service was weak. Uploading documents to the app was problematic and time consuming. Technology is great when it works. It didn't work here.

New river U-Haul is not open on weekends. So I had to pick it up on Friday. I was also told I would not be charged for Saturday and Sunday due to the fact they were not open. Well I got the bill and I was charged two days of late drop off. I would appreciate a phone call at 480-266-3948

Dirt parking lot dusty and bumpy

I had originally reserved it for a location near my house, showed up & they had informed me that they don't have the truck, it's at a different location. I was supposed to get a call the night before, I didn't. They also said I would be able to get my truck and dollies at the other place. I went to the other location, now late for my trip to UT. Other location was a dirt lot, had to drive my clean, brand-new car onto it. The lady who runs it was so rude! not helpful and said she didn't have any dollies so I can't do my trip without it, she didn't care. She also said she didn't see my military discount in the system which it was because the other location confirmed that for me. She also said she didn't see the drop off location in UT, she had me look up addresses, zip codes and do all the work myself with very little cell service in her dirty shop, when all along my reservation was in her system! it was an awful experience that put me driving through reservations in the dark as a single woman. The first location messed up then sending me to the other place didn't help since she was so rude. I don't think I will be getting any trucks from U-Haul again. I also rented one last month in Prescott, same thing, showing up I was told that the truck is at a different location and no dolly. Not sure what's going on, but U-Haul created so much unnecessary stress on me. I think a refund is in order for this situation, I don't usually complain but as a somewhat young widow who can defiantly use situations to go a little smoother right now and be treated nice.

Completely worthless, Zero customer support, could care less about the the people that pay them! I will go out of my way NOT to recommend them UTTER CRAP!!!

The location was a dirt lot. It was a virtual site and the app did not allow us to check out the truck. I had to call U-Haul and wait on hold. The person I spoke to was very helpful. The truck has not been serviced after the last customer returned it. It was filthy both inside and out. There was a used face mask in the cab. I had to put $60 of gas in the vehicle. I washed the windshield because I could barely see out of it because of the bugs and dirt from the lot.

Hello,I am not sure how you calculated 1/8 of a tank when I put in 10 gallons and it gets 10 miles to the gallon, it was clearly at 1/4 full  when I dropped it off. We are moving our entire house from Anthem to Chandler and we will be cancelling our Uhaul order (with movers and moving dolleys etc..) and go with a reputable company. There is absolutely no way it was not at a 1/4 tank and getting charged for 6 gallons and a $30 fee is a complete rip off. I will be sure to let me mortgage clients know so they can avoid being ripped off as well.

UHaul sent me first To Carefree they had no idea so they then sent me to new river great people, 2 hours to pick up the trailer! What is this ? UHaul calmed they call me! Really ever heard of Spam? How about e mail or text? Two hours and 50 miles?

Location of trailer made it very difficult to hook up. My wife and I had to move the trailer by hand to position it to where we could hook it up. The lady at Uhaul was very nice, but in no position to maneuver the trailer.
