The person that helped me was very professional and helped get the trailer hooked up. I walked in the request to see if one was available for the day and the girl at the front counter wasn't very helpful and seemed like I should have reserved it and didn't think there was any available. Then a young man came up and look at the schedule and said sure it is available and got me set up, very satisfied with his assistance!Daniel S.

Very frustrating, when i booked reservation on line i set 4:30pm as return time. I requested truck for one say: picked up at 3:34p fri returned 3:300m ish sat: they or the system charged me for two days. Took 45 min to get resolved. It was resolved but time consuming. I had asked the kind person who set me up on Fri if i was a little would that be a big deal he told me â€œnoâ€. The same person fixed the problem and was very nice.Gary S.

Make sure you email the receipt before you ask for a review. Also the hours on uhaul website and the hours at the store were different 5:30 on uhaul arrived at 500pm and was told they would check it in the next day (but put me in on time) I arrived 18 hours ahead of schedule. I was not worried about being on time. I wanted to be checked in because of the issues we had with previous rentals.Bradley H.

Trucks were not clean in cargo area or in the cab. In the cab there was trash behind the seats from the previous rental. the cargo area was dusty according to the representative. The rep did a lights check before could leave which should have been done before I rented, if the lights didn't work should not rented truck (truck would not pass inspection)!brad H.

Second time I've rented from this location. Both times they've tried to give me a damaged trailer and we're shocked when I found damage before leaving. The website/software they use to book the rental is either poorly designed, or the employees are poorly trained. It took nearly half an hour to pick up a trailer that was booked online ahead of time. I was charged for fuel though I put more in then when I picked it up. It's only 7,22 $ but I know the kids working there read it incorrectly or something. I had to keep a window cracked to keep the air handling system from squealing, not sure what that was about. It drove fine and all else was good. Merci.Dianna C.

I picked up a piece of furniture and when I brought it back, the guy accused me of leaving birdseed in and charged me 15 $to spend two minutes sweeping. I never even had any kind of feed in the trailer. I'll never shop at this True Value again!!!Scott H.

I can not think of anything for improvement. Le service a été excellent. I the wish I could remember the name of the man that waited on us. Very kind to us and explained everything to us. Even backed our truck up to the trailer and hooked it up. Explained everything. Everything was great. No complaints at all. The experience was great. Return of trailer could not have been better. When I reserved the week before, everything was explained and set and I was told the price of what i would owe, and my online checkin the day before was the same and was good to go, but when i picked it up, it wasnt put in as i was told and ended up paying almost 50 $more than what i was told at reserving. I would have cancelled and not went through with the rental but needed it that day and couldn't delay what needed moved so I shelled out the money and used it. But I wont be doing it again, atleast through here because I was charged more than what the original quote waswilliam H.

you don''t need all the information you require -- its almost an invasion of privacy.. And whether i disconnect the driveshaft on a towed vehicle isn't any of your business especially when you won't even rent a tow dolly if I don't disconnect the driveshaft. And if I wanted to tow a different vehicle than the one I specified apparently that if technically not allowed -- even if it is the same type of vehicle exactly..Ed B.

As the first truck that was on the original rental wouldn't move from where it was parked, possibly more inspection of transmissions are needed. Other than that small issue as the representative did test the truck before I left it was a great experience.Adam C.

I went in a week prior to reserve a trailer. The lady said someone would call the day prior to tell me where to pick it up. I told her I wanted to pick it up there, that is why I went to that location. She said Uhaul will not reserve a trailer at her site. If someone comes in the night prior and wants the trailer I "reserved" they had to rent it out. What is the purpose of a reservation?john P.

I had to rent a 15' truck when a pickup or van would have worked just fine. Having a smaller vehicle for local, 1-day rentals would be appreciated. I was surprised that the fuel level was only 1/4 tank - this makes it harder than it needs to be to return it without either incurring a fuel charge or wasting money over-filling the tank.Darin A.
I rented a truck from uhaul in Independence ks. When I went over the date to return it,they called me and I explained that I needed a extension of my lease. I tough everything was okay. But then I got a call saying they wanted the truck back and it was full of my stuff. So we extended it again and now there charging me an outrageous amount. Hope to hear from costumer service.tony M.
