The truck had been smoked in. The stench and smell was horrible. I had to drive with the windows down to tolerate the foul odor and in the mountains the temps were low 40s. Use of the heater was not an option due to the smell increase with the heat. I have just returned the truck and now must wash all of my clothes and take a shower to get rid of the smell. I am very disappointed with this experience. I have rented UHaul equipment at least 10 times in my life and have never dealt with this appalling condition.

after filling out the on-line paperwork, this location did not have any of the paperwork and I had to re-do all again, was really a waste of time on both ends

Overall I didn't have a good pickup experience. This was due to uhaul & not the pickup location. Your app sucks so I couldn't pickup the truck until the business opened. This cost me well over an hr! I had a helper I was paying to sit & wait because your app doesn't work correctly! Fyi I called customer service & the wait time was ridiculously long. Then they said they couldn't help but were aware of issues willhave the app! Lame, get it together uhaul

I had originally reserved a different drop-off location specifically because they closed after 5:00. I was directed by U-Haul to use this drop-off location since my original choice was full. When I arrived there at 4:00, the office was closed. I wasn't aware of the self-check-in in the U-Haul App, so I had to check in through a chat window on the U-Haul web site.
