THOMAS BU-Haul had screws and nails in the bottom of it, latch was on the rusty side and had a hard time shutting. Wasn't able to pick it up until later than planned because the key was tucked into the wood paneling and I couldn't find it, it was also parked in a bunch of thistles as tall as my waist so I had to walk through thorns to get in, once I got in I could see the plastic center console was falling apart but we made it work. Overall not the worst but it was very average and could have been better.

Bradley HThere was a leak which soaked one of my boxes. this occurred on the upper mom's shelf on the passenger side. I noticed there was what appeared to be a rust spot on the opposite side of the shelf. This is just to inform your of this potential concern. The experience of the vehicle and the helpfulness of individuals involved was great.

Greg WIt was hard to find the location. Better signage would help.
Susan FThis U-Haul location is pretty good except for one thing. The building where U-Haul is located has multiple businesses located within. The main desk is set in a "great room" format with various businesses set around it in a two-story floor plan. The desk is marked with U-Haull and UPS signs. This desk is not occupied and does not have any type of bell to call for service. So, the customer is left to wait for someone to come wandering by to get help. Or, after waiting for help without success, the customer is forced to find help by searching for an occupied random office an asking for directions. It is truly frustrating and unprofessional. The office that houses the person running U-Haul is marked only with his name over the door and absolutely no indication that he runs the U-Haul office. A new customer would have absolutely no clue as to where to go to get U-Haul service. It is not good for the image that U-Haul wants to project.

WILLIAM GI would not recommend uhaul to anyone. My uboxes were to be delivered to home; they were not. I had to call Helpers to pick up the uboxes,, bring to my house. This cost me a substantial amount.
Sandi LI rented 6x12 trailer three times this summer this an 1800 mile trip to south Tx and was very pleased with the equipment and customer service!
Kevin CEverything was great with this facility. It would have been nice to have it open on a Saturday but they worked with us giving us a cellphone number for after hours. We wound up not needing any of it as we were able to get there on time

REBECCA MVery difficult to find, however. Outside of town on a dirt road with a sign that's easy to miss. Once there the manager was extremely kind and helpful.

JEFFREY AWhen I arrived to make an after-hours drop off, this location was completely dark, there was no key drop box, and this location is much too far from the established part of the town. Luckily, someone, maybe a security person, saw me looking for a drop box and accepted the key. My original forms online indicated a drop-off on Minnesota Ave, not at some pitch black compound on a dirt road 10 miles away.
