WILLIAM GExcellent service à la clientèle. The owner was present on the grounds as well and it was apparent that your business was important. At one point during my stay I needed to rent a U-Haul truck. It was also a smooth transaction and great customer service. CATHY F | Expérience généraleI would not recommend uhaul to anyone. My uboxes were to be delivered to home; they were not. I had to call Helpers to pick up the uboxes,, bring to my house. This cost me a substantial amount.
Sandi LI rented 6x12 trailer three times this summer this an 1800 mile trip to south Tx and was very pleased with the equipment and customer service!
Kevin CEverything was great with this facility. It would have been nice to have it open on a Saturday but they worked with us giving us a cellphone number for after hours. We wound up not needing any of it as we were able to get there on time

REBECCA MVery difficult to find, however. Outside of town on a dirt road with a sign that's easy to miss. Once there the manager was extremely kind and helpful.

JEFFREY AWhen I arrived to make an after-hours drop off, this location was completely dark, there was no key drop box, and this location is much too far from the established part of the town. Luckily, someone, maybe a security person, saw me looking for a drop box and accepted the key. My original forms online indicated a drop-off on Minnesota Ave, not at some pitch black compound on a dirt road 10 miles away.
