Place is sketchy looking and looks like a junkyard. The uhual office is hard to find. Had to walk in to nichs automotive? The lady running the uhaul was in her car talking on the phone and had to wait forever.

JAIMI HWanted to leave as soon as I pulled up. Was told to drop the trailer where I was and he walked off I had a 6 x 12 trailer and had to unhook and lift it off the hitch myself. I am not the typical 60 year old I dropped it where I had it in the middle of the road. I will never go back there and it will make me think twice about u- haul and who they have representing them

Anslem LKareema was WONDERFUL!!! I had an issue with the internet being down and could not sign in and get the code to get the key for our early start. We were on a really tight schedule. Kareema took the time to make things move along faster and I was able to get the key. Kareema annd Leon actually went and picked up the missing blanket wraps and arrived at our home just minutes after the movers we hired to load our belongings. Kareema is to be congratulated and commended for her professionalism and her willingness to go out of her way to help a customer. Judy, a satisfied customer

Daniel SIt's a pretty small automotive repair shop and is not a good place to go after it rains. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They didn't open until 9am which delayed my loading by a couple of hours. After everything else I would recommend this as a pickup location.

GREGORY MThey had to call another individual to complete the contract which was cumbersome. When I tried to return the trailer during the stated drop off times, no one was there. They did not answer the phone and I never received a receipt. I had to call Uhaul to get a copy. The place is in a ruff neighborhood and I was not comfortable dropping off and leaving the trailer. In the end everything worked out. Oh the running lights do not work on the trailer.

Mary RDon't rent trailers until they have been turned in. Again with this order, I called ahead to check and they did not have the trailer I ordered, I needed it to haul a bike. They went above and found me a trailer at another location. Last time I showed up, no trailer and no haul bike. Customers should not have to make several calls to Check and see if you have one in stock. It the customers don't return to the location on their contract, CHARGE THEM A FEE, they will quite doing that to the dealers.

Benton BI’m so happy with this location, I moved from utah to Florida with this cargo trailer, when i was dropping off my trailer in Nich’s automotive (u-haul), they helped me a lot and beyond what they just suppose to do, and I’m really recommending this location for other customers that they are looking for great and reliable staff and they are great Auto repair shop as well!!!
