They didn't even know if our trailer was on the lot. One of the lights was out and we had to fix it ourselves to use it. The return was as big of a headache as the pick up.

Nick's farm and home thought the price was $15. When I got the contract it was $24.95. not a big deal. It was still very affordable.

The truck was not filled with gas when we picked it up, so we had to fill it up ourselves and then we had to fill it up again when we turned it back in. So that cost us extra money. I'm not sure that the Kahoka location checks their trucks very well. We did not order moving blankets or dolly and both were in truck. Blankets were unfolded and there were many of them. We refolded and swept truck out when we were finished before returning to the Rolla location.

Truck was filthy on the outside, couldn't see out of the windshield or the mirrors. I know it is winter and all, but it was excessive.

Did not personnaly pick up truck. Did not go to location. Did speak with the Uhaul rep at that location, Todd. Seemed to be hnowlegable and professional.

After receiving a notice from Uhaul of less than 24 hours, I found out the equipment I "reserved" more than two weeks prior was not available and had no choice but to drive a three hour round trip to pick up this truck. The Uhaul representatives were extremely casual over the phone as though this was not a serious problem. The reservation was not kept at all and the "solution" to the issue was for me to personally fix Uhaul's problem by driving three hours out of my way to move the equipment which they were supposed to have. The truck was dispatched with only one quarter tank of gas when the contract stated it would be half full. When I finally picked up this truck, the Uhaul service to check out the truck with a smartphone, did not work. This meant there was no way for me to report that the equipment was being dispatched to me with a quarter tank of gas less than promised and agreed upon in the contract. Guess who was responsible for fixing this additional issue? Myself, the customer. Extremely dishonest, rude, and backwards business practices every step of the way with this Uhaul rental.

Make sure the truck is clean. Otherwise the staff was very friendly and helpful. Great service!
