Reserved a 20' truck because the 17' was not available. When I got to the location for pick up, the only size they had available was a 10'. This caused us extra work having to make 2 trips to storage with smaller truck. Had we known before hand we could have made the reservation from different location.Deanna B.

The phone number provided by the Uhaul agent and on the uhaul website are incorrect. When I went to the location, I verified the number provided and the clerk stated it was NOT the correct number. He was exceptional in his service, informative, friendly and allowed us to pick up the truck early. . Unfortunately, the required furniture dolly's and pads ordered in the quote were NOT available. This was not the fault of the location but that of whatever verification of availabiltiy process Uhaul has.Phillip H.

Horrible service at the pickup location. War not open on time for pick up. Phone was never answered even after opening. Repeatedly asked to step aside and wait so that the cashier could take convenience store customers buying cigarettes before tending to our reservation.Rachael H.
Trying to book the rental was a nightmare. Tried to complete it on the phone and it never went to the store computer to complete. When i returned it, i couldnt do the online return.CHRISTOPHER G.

What a horrible horrible experience. Ended up calling the police because the â€œgentlemanâ€ behind the counter would not verify the fuel level, mileage, and vehicle condition, and give me a receipt. This man was difficult when I picked up the truck, and difficult when I returned it. On top of that, he charged me for a Dolly and moving blankets that I did not get!!! I called customer service and filed a complaint. I would highly recommend you stay as far away from this place as possible. It is a dump and they do not know how to operate the system and apparently like to overcharge customers.Rick B.

Tire pressures should be checked prior to rental. Your trucks specify 80 psi, when in fact 1 tire was 34, 1 was 52, 1 was 74 and 1 was 63. Also was not able to "pick up" my rental via phone as described. The system was evidently experiencing problems and I had to rent in the store. My reservation was scheduled for 7 am and it was past 730 before I was able to secure the truck.Ashley G.

I have used U-haul on many occasions in the past 3 years. However I do think that this will be my last time. I had set a reservation for 7:30pm pick up at a location got a email and text saying the truck I needed was not actually available. They set me up with different location no problem go to pick the truck up and it is not ready. I had arranged for help with moving that evening. But i was not able to get the truck because it was not there. I was very upset because i to move out by 7:30 the next day which is why the Uhaul was only actually used for less than 12 hours. Not great service. Although I know this is not entirely the owners fault as the truck was not returned on time. Me the customer was charged full price for a guaranteed truck if reserved and I did reserve the truck but the owner and Uhaul I am sure charger extra fee for the truck be late. But no compensation for me the one that was inconvenience and overpromised by Uhaul.Andrew B.
