My order wasn't properly fulfilled, the store didn't have what I needed. It was a timely process that could have easily been prevented

The women added the insurance and didn't ask me. I got a text saying I. An pick the equipment up early and it said I don't have to pay for the extra day and when I asked her to confirm all she said was "if you drop it off on a weekend and they're close how would they know". I got there and had to take an Uber and she tells me she lost the key for my truck and told me I needed to go somewhere else but never offered a way to help or tell me she lost the keys in advance. After she finalizes the contract and gives me the key she tells me she don't have the appliance dolly I ordered and didn't help me find a new one.

Getting information ahead of time that the Uhaul could have been returned at another location saving us money instead of returning it to the pick up point. We thought it would have cost more to drop off elsewhere.

Let them know store hours ahead of time in case of changes like mine. I would not have gotten the blankets had I not gotten the trailer Friday evening instead of Saturday morning. They were closed that Saturday, but, they had not put the blankets in the trailer. I was lucky I got into town Friday night and was able to pick up early. Things like this ARE important!!!! I needed those blankets and I would not have had them if I had waited until Saturday morning.

The inside was very stick and my utility dolly was not inside the truck. It only had 60 000 miles on it but felt like it was much older when driving.

When we picked up, we were told we could drop off at any uhaul location. Not true. There's a self serve location 3 miles from our home. When we attempted to check the vehicle in, the online process forced us to go to another location 10 miles from there. Your self serve, online return process is the most cumbersome, un-user friendly, non customer service oriented process I have ever experienced. We called for assistance and the operator was rude and made us feel like we were bothering her because we called. Picking up was a convenient process. Returning with the process you have in place is horrible. And finally. Don't you realize MOST people do their moving on weekends. And you don't have locations manned to service people that only have a Sunday to return? If not, the self serve return process needs to include all locations and easier. If you're going to force people to check out their own purchases don't be checking their bags as they leave.

I was reschedule three times to pickup truck the first time I call in to reserve truck was 6 miles from my home in Stedman, NC. Truck was in inventory at this time I was told would be there. On 5-9 had been update to pickup Truck at 2346 Gillespie St. Fatetteville, NC On 5-10 had updated pickup truck at 333 N. Main St Hope Mills, NC each time I received update pickup was further away from my home. I don't understand the problems I had with UHaul I will NOT BE USING UHAL AGAIN.

Literally a thrift store that has nothing other than Uhaul transport vehicles. Can't purchase blankets or any other moving supplies. Owner made me stand there for 10 minutes while she was talking on her personal cell phone. Hard to find because the Uhaul sign is hidden behind trash items on the curb. Absolutely would not continue business with her if I was Uhaul

Make sure your website and app are working! It took us over an hour to pick up our vehicle and had to wait for the location to open because your technology was completely locked up.

My experience wasn't great! I arrived to find out that I had to talk to someone working from home and I had to read out all my pertinent information inside of the store with another customer inside. I was charged for gas refuel when I refueled it to the exact same point it was at. I will not return to do business at this location.

Ensure that the Uhaul Representative at the Thrift Store on Main Street (Hope Mills) is knowledgeable and capable of doing her job! My rented Uhaul trailer was connected to my car by a total stranger. A gentleman exited his car and stated to the Uhaul Representative and myself 'do you ladies need any help' then the Uhaul Representative to my surprise allowed him to connect the trailer to my car. She did not assist him until I stated that another Uhaul Representative at another store had informed me that the Uhaul Representative is responsible for connecting Uhaul's equipment. During my rental period I noticed that the chain on oneside the trailer had broken into two pieces. I attached two D-rings to hold the chain together. I think that the chain snapped because it was hanging too low and dragged on the ground/pavement surfaces. This may have not occurred if the Uhaul Representative did her duties properly. Upon returning the rented trailer, I informed the Uhaul Representative of the chain and she had me back the trailer closer to the staging area as she showed me her hand with stitches saying that she was not able to lift the trailer. My rental experience at this location was less than stellar and I do not intend to rent from this location again or recommend it to others. I've rented from Uhaul on an as needed basis for a few years and all previous rentals were superb!

I WAS ON TIME TO PICK UP TRUCK. ONLY COMPLAINT, THE BACK ENTRY DOOR WOULD NOT CLOSE. HAD TO GO TO ANOTHER PICK UP LOCATION. I RENTED A APPLIANCE DOLLY FROM ORIGINAL LOCATION HAD TO RETURN IT THERE. CLOSED ON SUNDAY. I RETURNED THE TRUCK TO A LOCATION. TO ME JESSICA LEFT ME WHAT I TOOK AS A SOMEWHAT NASTY MESSAGE " ASKING WHERE HER TRUCK WAS. " Hi good afternoon this message is for going to limit Brian this is Jessica with store smart self storage and U-Haul in regards to the U-Haul that you have that was currently supposed to be returned this morning by 11 AM I need you to get in contact with me let me know what my truck is I can be reached at 910-426-2233 thanks…" I WAS TOLD WHEN I HAD TO BE TRANSFERRED TO A DIFFERENT PICK UP LOCATION THAT I HAD UNTIL NOOD TO RETURN IT. BUT NO I WILL DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THAT LOCATION TO ANYONE. U HAUL ON A HOLD. I REALLY CAN'T SAY ON A POSITIVE NOTE WHETER OR NOT I WILL USE AGAIN, OR RECOMMEND UHAUL TO ANYONE.

No one was at the location for the 10am appointment. Someone showed up 30min late, but wasn't proficient in the rental process. It took more than another hour to complete the transaction. The truck needs front end work, the steering is loose, and has shimmy at higher speeds.
