My pick up was supposed to be at 96 WHALEN ST, MIRAMICHI, NB E1V3W5 for a 20 feet truck. I had phoned them to confirmed and had also received an email from them that confirmed and guaranteed my 20 foot truck. But when I went to pick it up, the truck was not there. They offered a 26 foot truck but that would have been way too big for what i needed. I asked them to give me the 15 foot truck that was in the lot but they refused and instead made drive to Blackville to pickup another 15 foot truck. My movers had to wait 1 hour 1/2 for me to arrive because of their mistakes.

When I picked up my 6×12 cargo trailer it was not cleaned out. I had to sweep out before I put my thing in it. Ironic as I am requesting the $15 cleaning fee be removed from my receipt. My receipt is inaccuarate and I have sent an email per instructions. I did not have any of these issues the last time I rented.

Pick up location had trailer on a jack. Drop off location did not. Needed three guys to take trailer off hitch, too heavy without a jack. Customer service over the phone was excellent, however, I don't think I got the 20 % discount afterall for some reason (at the pick up location).

our rental was to be picked up in Moncton and 1 hour before pickup, we received a call of a U-haul error. There were no trailers available in Moncton and we had to drive 2 hours, using 80$ fuel, to pick up a trailer in Blackville, NB. At that point we had no choice

My husband went to pick up the trailer they were not aware he was coming to get it we had booked it in advance my husband had to dig the trailer out of 3ft of snow by him self The guy who hooked the trailer up did NOT hook it up properly because the trailer came off of the truck ball while driving down the highway and was only attached to the truck by the chains that MY husband had to attach The service was terrible the tires on the trailer had next to no air in them I do not think that this location should be in charge of any uhaul equipment I am not happy regarding any of these matters and I will be calling uhaul on Monday to make a formal complaint!

Was given a trailer with no air in the tire, a truck with 40 miles to empty and had to dig the trailer out myself. Don't go to this location

Someone should check the truck before it goes out to the next person.

You can send me $100. The person in charge of the Uhaul at this location told me to put gas in the vehicle. When I asked him how I would know how much to put in, he said it didn't matter because uhaul would refund me if the fuel was more than when I picked it up. I filled the truck ($160) and only used about $60.
