Rude owner. Hardly explained anything. Not friendly at all. Making us suspicious for the any damages. Return the truck within 2 hours waited till 6 pm to get me receipt.

VALERI CHOUMAROVOverall very disappointed. Specified to the owner that I did not want damage protection and he charged for it anyway. Upon reviewing the receipt he stated that there was nothing that he could do. He also attempted to blame some damage to the roof of the vehicle on me despite not having travelled under any overpass/tunnel which might have caused this. I typically survey the vehicle well before driving and now will certainly make note of the roof in the future as well.
Andrea SomersWhen walking around the van with attendant we noticed a large screw in the tire and low pressure (partially flat). The attendant refused to switch vehicles and assured me it was ok knowing I would be on the highway Surprise I got a flat tire!
Jeremy LauzonThe gentleman at the location had poor customer service, I was running late to pick up the truck, and he called me, and when I explained I was on my way he just hung up. When I arrived at the store he just said: "you're late". Moving day can be hectic so having a bit of compassion is important. I didn't select insurance when I requested it online but he put it on and I felt pressured to get it. He was also very picky about small scratches on the truck and would tell me I'd get charged if there were any small dings which I found was weird because I got the insurance so wouldn't I be covered? It was all very uncomfortable. I rushed to get my move done so I'd return it on time because I didn't want to deal with him.

George GrantThe white guy is very nice but the black guy who I understand is the owner is very rude and liar. I rent uhaul vans or trucks often and it was my first time at this location. I won't come back here, the customer service is the worse I ever seen in a uhaul location. That was the only reason why I choose Poor rating.

The only other thing is that I haven't received a receipt yet and I don't know how to get one. Service, location and vehicle were great. I will definitely rent from here again.

Jatin VadheraI've got truck with 1/4 fuel in the tank, return it in 2,5 hours later with the same amount of fuel (probably even more than that cause I topped up a fuel on my way back before I dropped truck off). My total mileage that day was 20 miles (33 km approx). I have pictures of mileage and fuel gauge before I picked up a truck and after I dropped it off with time and location information in it, as well as gas station receipt. And finally I got 60 CAD fuel charge and 30 CAD fuel processing fees, 90 CAD in total! I shouldn't get any fuel charges at all. So please do investigation on your side. LLoyd WintersAlthough this place was fairly new to renting uhauls, the owner was very kind and helpful. The only thing that was a little frustrating was that the truck was not filled to capacity so it was difficult to top it up to the right level. I suggested he make sure all the vehicles were full when renting out. Again, he was new and did his best to accommodate. I would rent from there again..
