Lee LAuto hauler was not in good shape. No tail lights and tie downs would not hold till 4th time stopping to tighten them. Could have been in better shape. Was told ALL lights worked but found out after dark no lights.

No one even actually went to listen to the call and the. You treat me terribly on the phone as if I'm making up the situation. Will never use uhual again

Craig LThey changed pick up location at last minutes. I originally scheduled to pick up at 8am, but the site wouldn't allow me to pick it up until 830 and they opened late because people don't want to show up to work on time, so on top of having to travel 3 times further to a different location, I was out behind schedule an additional hour. Then when I was checking in and inspecting the truck, there was a padlock left on it and I had to remove it with bolt cutters. AWFUL experience. I will use a U-Haul competitor for my next move.

MICHAEL SApp is terrible for the 24/7 truck share. Thankfully the person working in the office saved us and was wonderful! App needs a major overhaul- don't offer it if it doesn't work!

Derrick JHaving used this particular store perviously I was perfectly satisfied. After paying for my reservation the date of my move changed a couple of times. No Hurts took my schedule changes in stride and I was able to use my rental equipment without damage to my finances. Service is always personable & efficient at this store.
