The interior of the truck was absolutely filthy. The check in on the phone doesn't take into account the inside of the truck. While the pickup process was easy, I was severely disappointed by the inside of the truck.
Adam B C.The after hours fee is bogus. I dropped my truck off a day ear but it was at 9 pm and the store was closed. There was a key drop and they checked the truck in at 7:45 am the next day and still charged an after hours service fee. No one serviced me after hours. I would have waited had I been made aware of that fee. It was absolutely unnecessary.

KURTIS B.One suggestion. The pad lock from the key box was not working properly due to exposure to the elements. This was an after hours pick up. I spent 40 minutes trying to make the pad lock work being on the phone with U-Haul. Then I called Nobles Grocery who surprisingly answered the phone. He told me how to push and pull to make it work. Many thanks to him. I believe U-Haul should be aware these pad locks don't work very well and do something about it.

Reneel K.U Haul attendant was young man who also had the responsibility of being cashier for the store so my contract was done in between other customers and a bit disjointed. The vehicle got stuck in some icy snow and I called him to report I might be an hour or so late as we intended to melt the snow around the two tires so we could drive the vehicle out which we did and I returned it and placed the keys in a box at the rear of the store which the young man stated I could do when I rented the vehicle. He was polite and seemed to be doing his best though the interruptions from the cashier role may have been a little bit disruptive for him ?
