Spoke to General Manager Alex Green and asked about the estimated tax discrepancy between the online quote and the contract. Not only could he not explain the difference, but he yelled at me and hung up the phone. I don't plan on using Uhaul in the future.
ERGYS GI ordered furniture pads and an appliance dolly, but this location had neither. I ended up having to search and go to another U-Haul location to pick up these items.
Bob BMake the lock box easier to open. The padlock isn't opening even after setting it to the correct code. It took 10 mins of trial and error to open it. I suggest replace with a digital lock.

leslie sVehicle was good, but there is no enough space to park the vehicle at the store/location during returning back, It took lot of time for me to find a space, where it would not block other vehicles. so I would recommend to create some parking space for customers to park uhaul vehicles.
Prudvi Ilocation and local staff were very helpful. BUT I originally had confirmation for a cargo van at another location closer to me. It wasn't until I called the original location the day before my rental to ask a simple question that they told me corporate had changed my pick up location, but the original location did not know and could not find out where I was to pick up my rental. I got a call on the morning of my rental saying they had changed my vehicle to a larger box truck, but would not change my rate - I was fine with that. When I picked up the truck there were no packing pads as I had originally ordered. I called to make sure I would not be charged for the pads to find out they were never ordered. So at least I wasn't charged. So the while I have no complaints about the location I can't necessarily say the same about the whole process
John GI payed for a dolly and it was not included in the van I received. I disputed it when I checked out a few weeks ago and just got a receipt still being billed for it. I also had to wait and retake all my ID photos and wait for approval when I went to pick up my van at the scheduled time.
Kaio OThe Auto I rented was fine and served its purposed. My experience is the customer service. The U-Haul is a guy with a sign shop. He was rude and very unfriendly. I ask him did you check the truck to make sure it has no problems before you give me the keys. He says that is up to you to examine. I said Im not taking the truck until its been examined. He them says its been looked at and its fine. Everyone knows thats when a rental is returned the first thing that's is looked at is the state of the rentals condition. So why he hesitated? In addition the advertising is misleading. You don't pay 19,95 you pay s mush more on the bill Milage tax, environmental tax ?, State tax, as if your owe them money for driving off the lot. 19,95 turned into 49.95. Plus put back the gas in the car. 80,95 then all the other takes which ended up being a total out of pocket $160. I suggest will avoid Uhaul like covid. Never rent from a sign shop with a U-Haul.

GERARDOADOLFO BThere was noone on site to provide service when I picked up the vehicle. I called the vendor, but it took one hour before he returned my call and talked me through the process to get the key. I was on hold with U-Haul for over one hour and my call was never answered. That is ridiculous customer service. The drop box was broken when I returned the key.
