Truck was dirty,ran very sluggish and ignition turned truck on without key in it. And I returned the truck in on the 6th and now guy is saying.damage is done to truck and 500 miles was driven in it why is he just now checking it in on the 11th

james mWe dropped the trailer off at 6pm on Sunday 3/5. Over 12 hours earlier than it was due back. The rental agreement with a note about early return was stuck in the key drop box. The trailer was not checked in until 3:28pm on 3/6. After the time it was due at 1pm. This resulted in an extra day rental charge. How can that be when trailer was dropped off early?!
Shannon WI rented a truck and trailer. The lights on the trailer didn't work. Several things were tried including having to drive the truck to a different dealer Toby get a different trailer. That trailer had the same problem. It was suggested I go to the store and BUY a seven pin plug to replace the four pin. I didn't do that and the dealer finally checked the fuses. The trailer fuse was blown. We had to drive back to the original dealer to get a fuse from another truck. The lights then work and I was able to get the trailer and make the trip.

BRAD SThis guy automatically charged me for insurance. I did not want it. The place was dirty. The gas tank had substantially less in it than the paperwork stated.

GLORIA SMy pickup time was 9:30, when I got there the place was t open, finally a lady came to the door and showed me a number to call. The man stated that he didn't even know I was coming. I had to wait for him and it was almost 11 when I got the truck. I had needed and chose to get a dolly when renting my truck but he had none. The truck had sticky soda spilt in the cup holders and the drivers floor board was muddy. When checking out and you ask for pics it only lets you send one so I couldn't send the pic of the muddy floor.
Sarena KI arrived at this location to turn in u haul around 1pm and no one was there, their door was unlocked but Noone there. I tried calling and left message. I ended up returning the uhaul via online, which was very inconvenient and time consuming .

Brian BThis location was great. Plenty of space, clean lot, and we'll lit. It was however my 3rd attempt to drop off. The first two were HORRIBLE!! 900 E DeYoung, Preventative Maintenance, had no way on the lot and absolutely ZERO light. I tried twice there. Then I went to 1007 S Court St, SI Towing & Recovery. They were just as bad. No room and no light. Both places looked like a great place to have an accident and be robbed. The final place, however, is what you should demand as a company. The other two were pathetic.

JAMES MThe guy was 20 minutes late for my truck rental pick up! Only kept the truck for 2,5 hours,, I was told I'd be charged $71 for driving 14 miles since I didn't put gas in it before returning it! When I wanted to take the truck to put gas in it when I was told how much the gas charge would be I was told I'd have to sign a new contract even though I'd rented the truck for 23 hours! Never, ever will I rent from U haul again nor will I recommend!
