I had some key issues but the location could not answer my questions. Location was out of the way for me to get to. Employee was eating lunch at counter so he couldn't check me or the vehicle out at that time and told me he would get to it in a little while when he was done, so I just left. Didn't know what else to do.

Can't think of a thing. Counter person was polite and professional. Vehicle was ready; conveniently parked, full gas tank and clean. Don't change a thing. Also very accommodating as I had to reschedule pick up the day before. No problems.

one bar cell coverage picked up with phone app almost drained battery. This location was 45 min from my requested spot, no call from fleet, you delayed me a half a day. the whole experienced was terrible

You need to install jack stands for your cargo trailers. I rented a 6x12 cargo trailer and it is ridiculous that a customer has to lift that much weight and move the trailer to set the tongue down on the ground. I have been using trailers for about 30 years and I have never used a trailer even close to this size that did not have some kind of jack stand to help with the removal of the trailer from the hitch. I injured my left side stomach muscles in the process of lifting this at drop off. This needs to be fixed.

One of the tire straps was broken, so we had to purchase one from the store in order to secure our vehicle to the car tow. Other than that over sight, the tow was sturdy and performed well.
