Make sure the trailer is cleaned out. I rented a motorcycle trailer to pick up a motorcycle and there was a 2 foot strip carpet tack strip for oncrete with all the nails in it right down the center of the trailer. Another 2 inch piece broke off and was in another location of the trailer. A couple loose nails as well. A plastic bag. I picked up a 24 000 dollar motorcycle. Its unacceptable.

BRIAN MOoft I got burned by the cost of this one. It was completely on me for not quoting a one way trip from Houghton to Waukesha, but I had previously understood that round trip was almost always cheaper because you're returning the truck. It would have been $306 + gas for a one way trip. This trip cost $290 in gasoline alone. Had I even just done two one way trips one from Oshkosh to Houghton and one Houghton to Oshkosh, I would have saved more than $200 and had two extra days allowed for the trip.

deion hHave equipment that is requested but the customer and paid for on the truck. Since this is a lockbox place they are unable to get it is the location is not open and just have to go without. The vehicle had other damage but that shouldn't be the persons job to check up on your people. I had three or four spots that didn't have x to show damage. It was 60 miles from my house to go pick it up, i wouldn't consider that to very good. Also your reset password doesn't work properly since it wouldn't except my password.

JOE CThe location was closed when we got there to pick up the truck. We received no information on how to find/get the truck. My account online prompted us that someone would be at the location for hand delivery. I spent 30 minutes calling other locations in the city until an employee was able to go into my account and make the necessary changes so we could pick up the truck through the online process, rather than in person. What should have been a simple process, ultimately took 45 minutes to get the truck. I also ordered boxes, and was not told that I had to drive to another location across town to pick them up. I now have to make an additional phone call to get reimbursed for the boxes I didn't receive. Overall, a very poor pick up experience.

SHIRLEY CHorriable, first off this was not the location I reserved the truck from, very upset. Second they did not go over the precheck with me. They just did a quick walk around and said "your good here's the keys". I had to check the lights at different u- hual location, because I had great service from THAT location before, to see if they worked. Will never work with this location again.

Glen MIt was actually a frustrating experience for us unfortunately. We got an email saying our truck was GUARENTEED at an Appleton location near us and then we got there only to find out there was not a truck there and had to scramble to figure out what was going on and ended up having to drive an extra half hour out of the way to get a different one. It was hard because we only had a certain amount of time to move things out of our apartment and moving is stressful as is (on top of it I worked night shift that night so that was an extra two hours of sleep I missed out on). Luckily the lady at Nolte's was extremely helpful and helped us get our upgrade and rate adjusted. She definitely went above and beyond and we appreciated her help so much. In the future I would advise not to write GUARENTEED in your emails because that is apparently not true. Or a heads up if there is a possibility of that happening would be nice too..

I wanted to change our pick up time since we lived in Hortonville and uhaul change my pickup location from Greenville down to Oshkosh, putting extra miles and gas to our trip. But that's fine, I like to spend more money then I have to. My overall crappy experience was with uhaul and not Noltes.
