WARNING! Customer service at this location completely negative. The truck was filthy when we picked it up, and the guy at the counter (Zahid) had the worst customer service I've ever experienced at a Uhaul, and I've been to many Uhauls. His mannerism and conduct was a complete disgrace to the otherwise superior service I've experienced with Uhaul. If you can find another Uhaul location close by, i strongly suggest going there. Avoid this one if at all possible. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.

Nobody is ever there. They don’t answer the phone or return phone calls. They are almost always late for rental pick which cost you money when you have people waiting to do a job ( has cost me at least $300.00 or more in the last 3 months) . As a contractor they are not reliable and I find it harder and harder to do business with your company. Also in addition I be put an extra 1/4 tank of gas in truck because of discepency from invoice and online information. Not very happy rate now??

Make a representative is at the location, when an appointment was scheduled. Conducting the transaction over the phone was not expected and there was no inspection of equipment before departure. If transaction is being done over the phone the person should be courteous and not argumentative . Also should not tell the customer that he will not process the transaction if I continue asking questions of why there is no personal interaction. I will not use this location again due to this surprising event, my next U-Haul will be at a location where I will interact in person, this is very important to me....

The individual at the service desk lacked the basic customer service skills. First, upon the arrival of any customer the individual should greet the customer. Second in reference to the vehicle what happened to the Individual showing you the vehicle. He literally pointed out the window to a location with 3 uhaul vehicles and said it's out there. I also think the parking lot should have signs for customer parking versus uhaul only parking.

I had ordered furniture pads and a dolly online in advance — however, when I arrived at the location, I was told they did not have any available. While they weren’t a necessity for me, the system shouldn’t allow me to order these items and rely on them being there.

Honor the customer reservation instead of informing customer that they need to drop it back off so you can charge them the extra mileage fee. Do not pick up phone at all or return calls to answer customers questions.

I was not given furniture dollies because a previous customer did not return them on time. In the future, it may be wise to keep extras of the moving accessories in the event something like this happens. Otherwise good! Guy at the desk was friendly and accommodating and the van was fine.

I've just had the worst customer service experience ever with a Uhaul rental.  To start with I was charged for gas, when I only went 12 miles and put gas in just before I returned it. I was charged 1. 4 gallons and I put in 1. 7 gallons. I have the receipt that shows I put gas in. The contract shows the tank was not full, he noted that at the rental and told me to return with the same level. While the overcharge is troubling enough, it is only the tip of the iceberg with my experience today. It started poorly as I had an 8 AM reservation, which is the same time the store opens. You store clerk did not arrive until 8:10. After taking several minutes to find my reservation, he proceeded to tell me that the printer does not work and he will just email me the contract. No paperwork to document the condition of the truck. I had also ordered a utility dolly, 2 furniture dollies and blankets. He told me to go get the truck and he would bring out my accessories.  When I came back to the office only the utility dolly was outside. I went back in and was advised there were no furniture dollies or blankets because the previous renters did not return them. I advised the clerk that I needed the supplies for the move I had scheduled today. He said he was sorry but he couldn't do anything about it and went back to helping customers who came in after me. I was the first customer in the store. I asked the clerk if it was possible the dollies and blankets were in the trucks that had been returned and were sitting in front of the store....that he had not checked in. He said it was possible but he did not have time to look. So I went and looked myself and found both the blankets and the furniture dollies and brought them to my rental and advised the clerk.  By that time the clerk was now talking to a couple of his buddies instead of helping me or the other customers.  When I returned the vehicle, the same clerk just said he would email me the receipt because the printer still was not working. I told him I wanted to know what the revised charge was since I only drove 12 miles instead of the 75 miles he charged at the rental...which he said was a mandatory minimum.  Given the morning's experience I wanted clarity on the charges. He was annoyed at having to go out to the truck to look at the mileage. After sitting there a few minutes he simply told me my revised bill was $115 and I would get an email receipt.  He did not ask about gas or advise he was charging me for it. He just drove the truck away to the storage lot. If he had asked, I would have given him the receipt. This was a completely unacceptable rental experience from the beginning to the end.

The issue I had was with the pick up App. I waited 25 mins for my approval. That is unacceptable and not anyone’s fault at the place. They were very nice. Why streamline with an App when 5 people went the way of the counter significantly faster that me. That process was horrible!

My reservation was delayed due to the reservation not being in the system. I did the mobile pick up and the truck was on site but the worker told me it did not exist. After going back and forth, and him creating a new reservation, he ended up finding the key to the truck on the wall. I highly recommend going to a different location if possible.

This location closes at 4:00 pm on weekdays ! The entrance to the rental office floor is rotten and unsafe. It only make you wonder if they don't care about their office maintenance and upkeep then why would they maintain their rental equipment. Presentation is everything.

The renter did not come out and evaluate the condition of the trailer prior with me renting it. The trailer was not as wide as I had anticipated, and the description online is not clear about the fact that it is narrower at the back than in the cargo area making this rental useless for my needs.

I have an all wheel dive car that had to be towed. They gave me a 2-dolly to tow my car. I happed to read the instruction guide that said my car could not towed with the 2-whel dolly. Then it was confusion if a 4-wheel transporter would be available. trntrnsorter .

The office trailer needs major renovations to be safe, it is currently very dangerous. The wooden stairs leading up to the office are completely broken on one side, the floor inside is lumpy and close to collapsing, and the whole trailer smells mildewy. That said, the staff are quick and helpful.

The facility is falling apart. The floor has several severe soft spots that feel as though they will collapse at any moment. The employee claims to have told the owners several times and has since given up. The technology seems dated and required too much manual entry. Customer service was not pleasant.

Owner was not up to speed on the latest Uhaul app. Argued with me that i was taking someone's truck, however, Uhaul customer service passed me the combo to the self serve lockbox and said the truck was mine. When i returned the truck, at 1:15pm, vice 1pm when the truck was due, i was charged for an extra day. Will not use this location again. Love Uhaul, not so much Noors Uhaul in Bowie MD.

I have used Uhaul quite a bit throughout my military career for my PCS moves. This experience was by far the worst. 1- When I received the quote over the phone I was quoted $1,077 for the truck, trailer, and applicable taxes. When my wife went to go pay it came up to $1,333. When I tried to explain the quote I received over the phone to him, it was hard to understand his English. I was frustrated and paid the difference for times sake since I was loading the truck and leaving that night. 2- After the paperwork was completed, the Uhaul representative gave the keys to my wife and told her to go find the truck in the lot and hook it up to the trailer that is also in the lot. At that time my father took the keys from my wife and told the gentleman that he was going to get the truck and hook it up to the trailer for us to ensure both vehicles were properly functional. 3- While the Uhual representative was hooking the truck up to the first trailer, we noticed the drivers side brake light on the trailer was not working. The gentleman began to vigorously hit the brake light housing in an attempt to make it work but he was not successful. 4- The Uhaul repressive then attempted to hook the truck up to a different trailer, but that trailer also had a brake light issues. The entire light assembly was removed from the trailers housing and had exposed wires. The Uhaul representative then became frustrated, and explained that’s all he had. He then made a phone call, and in an attempt to make this right, he allowed me to get the auto transport for the same price as the tow dolly. 5- While hooking up to the auto transport I noticed that the license plate did not match the paperwork I was given. So we had to go back to the office for the 4TH time to resolve the paperwork issue. 6. Unfortunately, I did not catch prior to leaving that the truck’s air conditioning was not operational as well. Due to the lack of maintenance and quality control at this location, this simple transaction costs me over 3 hours of driving time that night. We were literally at this location for over 2.5 hours and then I hit rush hour traffic trying to get back to my house in order to load my belongings. The shack or trailer that this location operates is old and needs to be updated. While back and forth multiple times to the office, I noticed multiple areas in the floor where it was sinking and on the verge of just collapsing. This is a safety hazard that should be addressed rather quickly before someone gets hurt. I’m the end, I would not recommend this location to anyone. As stated before, I have dealt with Uhaul for many years and I know this was not a good representation for the greater company. The customer experience at this location was horrible and inexcusable. I would highly recommend a regional manager conduct a quality assurance quality control (QAQC) inspection at this location to see how the equipment is poorly maintained.

The gentleman that was there the date and time of my pick up was rude. Not only did he intentionally stop assisting me to help another couple who pulled 15mins after i arrived. Prior to this he tried to insult my intelligence saying something was wrong with my phone in front of another customer all the while he had the ringer off. And I was on the phone with uhaul who attempted to call him as well but the answering machine came on as well. It states to leave a message but the phone disconnects. The equipmenthad trash in it which I gladly brought it back the way it was given to me. I recorded it all as he hooked it up to my vehicle so I have my own video footage of him talking rude to me saying "gimme this and gimme that". Worst part of all he denied me the rental because I did not have a personal cell phone for him to text me a link to upload my license. So I called his corporate office or GM that directed him to put my info in the system. 1.5hrs wasted with this clown. Here is the kicker after being directed to rent me a trailer he left me standing there and asked me what I was waiting for. I was like WTF do you aspect me to hook it up myself!!!

I rented a uhaul for 24 hours. I have medical issues and I had gotten there 45 minutes late and was not charged by the hour but was charged another 24 hours and the 7.00 dollie. I was told that there was nothing they could do because the computer will not change it. So basically if somehow the computer over charges you or someone makes a mistake in their entry and you were charged then there is nothing they can do because the "COMPUTER...." will not let you change the mistake. I will absolutely never do business with this location again.
