When I picked up the uhaul everything was fantastic except the gas tank was almost empty. I had some issues with the mobile pickup and I called the help line and the lady was extremely helpful and insured that I was able to pick up my reservation.

When I picked up my truck on 3/30/2020 it was filthy on the inside. Was not sanitized obviously there was ashes and tobacco in the ash tray and all in the cup holders, I couldn't see out any of the windows due to nicotine build up. The floors and door panels were covered in mud and grass and other little things. I had to spend over a hour on my move day cleaning the truck so it was clean enough to drive. I also couldn't believe there was no cruise control in the truck on a one way long haul move. Everything about this rental was unacceptable, my main complaint is with this coronavirus pandemic the truck was not sanitized.

If all your locations were as friendly and helpful as these folks where you would have a great system. Very good staff very nice truck in the past I have used uhaul a number of times. I made a mistake once by renting a Ryder truck and after that I choose uhaul. no ifs and or butts. Uhaul or it does get rented.

Have appliance dollies without a added price it is expensive enough without having to pay for a 2 wheeler, it is a moving van Need to be more concered for your clients, you have no straps and no dollies but a big price

I had your u haul extra days and was arrested for stealing it. But the police came to my house because of a alarm 2times and parked behind it and ran it and it wasn't reported.further more they didn't impound it took me to jail and now after i get outbof jail go down to pay them but they don't know whete my belongs are that was in it
