Terry BHonestly, the online check in process was easy since I had about the most helpful representative. I think her name was Valerie. She was simply awesome. Very knowledgeable and helped a technologically declined person like myself tremendously. If I had to rate her 0-5 stars, she's a 10! All in all a good experience with uhaul's equipment; everything worked as it should and all the instructions were easy enough to follow.

John RWhen I picked up the the truck, as I left the lot I noticed the air bag light was on. I should've returned it but due to time restraints and the availability of trucks, I decided to just go with it. It rode decent but the radio didn't work very well. Other than that service was great.
LARRY DOutstanding. They were prompt at checkout ant caught the fact that I had left my personal car key attached to the return vehicle key and quickly contacted me before I was to far Away from the facility. Saving me alot of wasted time going back to pick up or buying a new one.

Mike HSurprisingly the 26 foot truck and tandem trailer hauling my jeep performed flawlessly. And I mean I was heavy and the truck had plenty of power pulley the grades going to Nevada. I have to say I was impressed not only of the performance but it was a quiet comfortable ride as well. I would highly recommend uhaul to anyone. Thank you uhaul for a event free move.

Person who received the car from me was helpful, while agent at the front counter made comments regarding a slightly empty fuel tank that made me feel uneasy. He also avoid helping the person ahead of me to take care of my return which I found to be unprofessional.

shane fThe contractor at this location, Bill, was the issue. Traffic had canceled my original reservation on 04/26 at Waveland Furniture, and I had not been notified. The contractor at that location was very helpful, and arranged for me to pick up another truck at the mini storage in Kiln, MS. So, I drove there, but they didn't have a truck for me either, and the contractor there called traffic while I waited. A 20 ft truck was reserved for me at North Bay Auto. So I had already been all over the gulf coast trying to pick up my truck before we even got to North Bay Auto. So we finally get there, much later than we'd intended to pick up our truck. I explain this to the contractor at North Bay Auto, and I ask about adding some extra miles upfront or getting the truck for extra time. I figured this was a reasonable request since we were starting both later and further away than our original reservation, which was canceled without notice by uhaul. Bill was entirely unhelpful. He said he couldn't add anything or help us get any kind of additional consideration. He said everything would be calculated out when we returned the truck, and that he couldn't do anything. He was dismissive and wouldn't look at us. He came across as lazy and incapable. I have rented trucks and trailers through uhaul several times, and I have never had a complaint. I'm very disappointed with the experience I had with your company on 04/28.
