michelle jAt first, I thought I would need the truck for only 12 hours but a recent family death changed that time line. I wasn't able to get the truck unloaded until the next morning around 9 am. I had reserved the truck for from 2 pm to 2 am at first. The person picked up the truck because the person who was registered to drive the truck was dealing with funeral arrangements and had to work the next day and wasn't able to drive the truck back. The operator charges us for 2 days instead of 1 day and we only had the truck for 23,5 hours. I would never ever recommend that location to a friend. The truck should have costed us around $100 but ended up costing us around $202. It was a good thing that I had put enough aside for unexpected expenses. I even told the guy that a relative recently passed away and we were trying to do what we had to do.

Steven JThe truck itself was great. The rest of the process was a terrible experience. Moved location of picking up the truck 20 minutes further away than was requested. Using the app for self check out cost us an extra 45 minutes to check the truck out. While in the app, could not message and then return to self check out. Had to start the process over each time. App kept getting stuck after accepting my picture. Once I called, they said to try on the browser, which did work. Next issue was no dolly or pads where on the truck. Because of we arrived at my mothers apartment an hour late had to pay the guys I hired an extra hour of labor. Plus they charged extra for having to carry the bigger items all the way through the halls to the truck on the street. We worked through not having the pads, but that also took extra time. The extra costs and frustration was not something that I needed. Dealing with the personal situation was enough. I realize the fine print says it is not uhauls issue. That does not change the effects of the lack of service. Sent from my iPad

Pedro LI'm all about customer service and Dave was very hospitable, I rented a uhaul 6 months ago from a different location that I had used then and in the past, that was not the best. I would definitely use this service again at this location and recommend to others, great service.
Asewanetta BThis is the BEST place in this area to rent a uHaul vehicle! A breeze to pick it and to return, plus Dave is top-notch - knowledgeable, friendly , and quick to respond. HOWEVER, the uHaul company website sucks! We rented a truck for 3 different days. I successfully uploaded the driver's DL for the first day, immediately filled out the 2nd day's rental app but when it came time to upload the same driver's DL, the website kept refusing it and wanted a newer one, I panicked and called Dave, who said not to worry, that he'd take care of it when we picked it up, and the reservation was intact. Thank you, Dave, but uHaul corp, fix your website'

The location is excellent. Highly recommend this facility to others as I have done on many occasions in the past. Had I not have sold my car, I would still be storing it there.
