LADONNA H.They did stupid work. I returned one hour before due time. But they did register as 7hours late from I actually returned. I got extra charged $100 because of it. It's crazy works. They have no responsibility person. DO NOT TRUST THEM. They won't work well and help you. Just making trouble. I reported that to U-haul. They need three days to consider a refund to me. That's so late! It's clearly their fault. I do not understand why they cannot refund immediately.
Kenichi S.There is stupid work and people. Do not use the location. I return a truck one hour before the due time. But they weren't checking returning inspection and returning time. Then they did the work after due time. So I got extra cost due to overtime. I charged $100 extra due to the locations workers stupid correspondence. DO NOT TRUST THEM they are lying and did not help you always. It's crazy experience. I reported U-haul that the story. The call center guy said it's need to talk with Service manager. They cannot make response immediately. I really hope they will refund me the incorrect extra cost. It's not my fault. It is the sore workers stupid delay inspection. Do not use the store. They are just making troubles.

Alexandra H.I had gone to the location a day before to introduce myself to let them know that I was scheduled to pick up one of their Uhaul trucks the following morning and that I wanted to make sure that I would be able to do so on time. I did this because of some of the earlier reviews that some of the customers' calls went unanswered. I too did call multiple times the day before and a couple of hours in the morning of my reservation day and my calls too went unanswered. Great news, however, the gentleman that I introduced myself to the day before recognized me immediately I walked in on my reservation day, attended to me promptly; and together, helped me to hook up the Auto Transport Trailer, took a moment to help guide my car onto the Auto Transport Trailer and soon, I was on my way. I appreciated his time and kindness. You can improve your service to the next customer by simply answering the location's phone line when customers call or at the very least, returning customers' phone calls so that they can rest assured that their reservations are good and waiting for them.

prakash P.The U-haul representative was NOT on site. He was called by a gas station employee via cell phone ‘ I had to wait for him to come to the location. Once he arrived he was completely incompetent, rude, unkept, & the trailer had a lot of damage that was undocumented; pictures were taken & damage shown to the man. This was the worst uhaul experience ever. I will NEVER use this location ever again.

Further the things ordered/ blankets and dolly were not in the truck and had to be driven to a different location to get them. Should not have that mileage charged to my mileage allotment

PHILIP W.This gas station was filthy dirty. There was no one at the counter. A line formed and a lady eventually appeared. Asked if I was in the right place to turn the truck in. She said yes and I handed her the key. Asked if I could get some kind of receipt. She said they'd email something when it was checked in. Never got a thing. Will definitely check out other companies before any future moves.

GERARDGABRIEL H.the rep behind the counter did not know what to do when I brought my key in.. this caused to worry and when I returned home, called the 800 Uhaul number to say I returned the truck in good condition and full tank, etc.. But the rep did not check anything.
Maher S.Rented from uhaul by my house. You forced me to drive across town to pick up and then back to another store for dolly. This added to the miles so you could charge more.

Saburah E.I was the first customer for the employee to input. This was the third place that day I had to contact about availability. U haul customer service needs improvement. I had to call twice and wait around 40 minuted each time to talk with a representative, to then be transferred to a regional person. Regional was suppose to call on availability. Called once on an unreasonable distance and size of truck and then was suppose to call me back. Never received a call, so I called again. Was referred to this location, seven hours after my scheduled pick up time at a location closer to my home. You really need to fix this!!!!!!

JOEL M.There was no phone number available on the web. Our pick up location was changed at the last minute with no phone call. We had to drive there the day beforehand to make sure that it actually existed because we finally found a number- left a message- and no one ever returned it. We needed blankets- they didn't have any. It was a complete mess and we will probably not ever use UHaul again and plan to contact the Better Business Bureau because of the incredibly poor service (multiple phone calls, changed from a 15 foot truck to 26 without any notice and the local manager lied to the national person and said that he had left voice mails for us). I asked her to have him call us- his name is Chase Martin- and he never did- still hasn't. Really terrible business practices all the way around.
PATRICK M.Make sure the truck is clean, make sure the truck is thoroughly checked for previous damage and make note of said damage prior to re-assigning, make sure equipment (e.g., utility dolly) is not broken prior to renting it out again, make sure that all items that are requested for rental are available at one location not 4 that are 40 miles apart.

sarmad H.I wouldn't recommend this location if you need anything extra. I ordered online thinking it was a store and payed extra for the bigger dolly. Went though the self check in couldn't get the bigger dolly nor was there one in the truck. Waited on hold for ever to try and get a dolly from another location just to not even needed it in the end.
