Responsive customer service and truck was ready and waiting when I arrived. Very convenient.

JOSHUA MThe employee was very rude U-Haul is not a company that I will ever rent from again as the staff in California where I originally got the equipment does not know about safety protocol and then when I return the equipment I was told there was damages and I did not do it I was basically called a liar it was my own doing I should have took pictures if you ever do rent from U-Haul make sure you get pictures of all equipment front back top to bottom because they will charge you for damages that were not you're doing so to be honest with you I will never from U-Haul again

Bad smell and I know if I was coming in from out of town I would not feel that this is a trusted U-Hall establishment and I would be very wary from renting here again! I am from the area and if I would of know how his office was set up I would of used the U-hall on El Paseo. U-hall should take pride in the namesake and remodel or upgrade this location.

Carolee WTruck, trailer and personel were all excellent. Fuel economy was not good, but not totally unexpected. At some point I asked if I can use my express pass, and was told just to add the truck license plate info to my account. I spent over an hr trying to do that, but was unable to find the trucks model number. I called U-Haul and was told If I added the truck, I would be billed twice. It was very confusing and I was given conflicting information. I still am not sure what to expect from any toll charges I drive through. This was not accurately and clearly explained to me during the reservation process.

Angelica PThe manager, Eddie Diaz, throughout the 6 months we rented our storage unit was very professional and helped us in any way possible if we needed questions answered. Unlike the other Uhaul facility where we dropped off our enclosed trailer and the worker was rude to me and didn't want to hear my complaint about the trailer leaking and our suitcases getting wet from rain and then I found out that I was "flagged" for supposedly not returning the trailer. Let's just say I won't be renting a trailer anytime soon from uhaul but I will be recommending the storage facility where Eddie Diaz manages. At least he is professional and courteous and a pleasure to associate with. Merci.

Roman BThe truck itself and Uhaul was great. Unfortunately the guy who works there was maybe the most rude person I've em encountered and he has ZERO customer service. I was an inconvenience to him and he had no interest in helping me. He didn't want to work and felt it was him Job to tell me how wrong I was and how dumb I was for driving the truck back and having to pay extra. I would not recommend this location based on him and my interaction and I will encourage others to look at different places in the city to rent from.

Kenneth CI have none because UHaul worked with me when the apartment my granddaughter was moving into wasn't ready on Monday, like it was supposed to be. UHaul gave me another day and worked with me. Thank you so very much for helping us and this family is a UHaul customer for many years. Three generations to be exact. Happy Thanksgiving to all the UHaul family from us.
Gloria LI had a great experience up until I was moved out. One of the staff members was very rude to me. That same staff member yelled at another customers child for them not being able to open the dumpster and left a box next to the dumpster, I had over heard the parent tell the child they will dump it but we're busy moving into their unit. That staff member took the dumpster and hid it inside of another storage unit while others were throwing away trash. He was by far the rudest person I've ever met dealing with this uhaul company. He may have been going through something but other may have been going through something that's worse. I definitely will not be using this uhaul company again. Learn to be kind to people.
jasmine h | Expérience généraleVery helpful on-site manager. It was quite secure - and clean. My preference would be not to be upstairs as I don't do stairs well, and the lift is only for goods and not people (good thing). The lift itself is scary to load when at the top and if not we'll balanced I worried about falling while loading it and saw things shift on the lowering and thought they might fall off. I will use the facility again if in need BUT will request a ground level :)

ARTHUR DTrailer had a bad 4 wire pulg for the lights, clearance lights had a short that caused them to flicker. Went to another uhaul dealer to get the plug lights fixed.

Jessica WOverall the experience was great; however, I want management to know that Nicole in OKC was beyond exceptional. She was truly amazing, professional, and had the patience of a saint. She knew we were on a limited schedule and assured us that the box would be picked up quickly.
