James NSuspension was a little rough but then again ID roads are pretty bad. Even just around town. Would be nice to have a avg on gallons used per mile. Easier to estimate fill up on fuel.

DUSTIN BGary at Nampa Storage was a pleasure to do business with. The truck was at the location ready to go when I arrived. The process was easier than I expected and made a very stressful day a bit better. The only negative comment I can make is the all of the emails I received continuously offering to add on services were unwanted.

Willie MIf the dolly and bag of moving blankets in the truck are not courtesy / included in the price of the rental, please remove them from the truck. Moving is already another expense, and those items there take some space

William WThe dental place was very small (only 2 trucks). The directions that I used (double click on the address from the Uhaul Email) were also ending about a half mile from the location. After I found the location the staff were very helpful with no complaints or even suggestions for improvements.
