Love the customer service from day one.. I've been here twice to rent a truck and not one issue.. The owner is a beautiful soul very helpful and explained everything.. My new spot to rent the uhaul trucks. Thank you for your great customer service

Anissa OThis branch is incompetent. They had my information all wrong. They have the wrong deliver time on the receipt. I had delivered the truck at 7:49pm because the girl at the counter begged and I wanted to be nice and hurried so I could make it in time. They over charged me for gas so though I delivered it with full gas and only drove 17,2 miles but instead they charged me for 70 miles which the math makes no sense if I had driven 70 miles the tank wouldn't have looked the way that they also had that I delivered it. Just want to steal people's money. Will never go to this location ever again.

marlon bBE SURE TO TAKE PICTURE OF MILES AND GAS LEVEL WHEN YOU PICK UP AND DROP OFF TRUCK! I rented out a 10' truck and made sure to take pictures when we picked it up as no one told us the miles on it or gas level which was (109 802 MI and 1/8 gas) we used it for 11 miles exactly and put more gas than how we picked it up (109 813 MI and 1/4 gas [was told to bring back with same amount gas as picked up]) I received and invoice claiming we put 446 MILES on the truck rental. Thankfully i caught what was going on and notified my bank with evidence of how this is a SCAM. Will not be doing business here again!

Jesus BThe truck had a broken door that didn’t close and it wasn’t the vehicle I choose for the rental it had roaches inside and took a 5 hour drive with them everywhere one walked on my daughter it was sticky from something being spilled on seat and floor I took pictures of it all and had such a bad expieriance with my child crying from the bugs and heat coming into the truck from door being open

Leon LLady who checked me in didn't know how to charge my card and had to call her manager, no clear space of where you should park, people don't wear uniform so unsure who actually works there. But the worst part was, after having brought my rental on time and agreeing to pay for the miles I made too much. They charged me a fee(without telling me and for no reason) for keeping the truck a day longer. Like I said I turned in the truck on time and just because tge employee was incapabele and couldn't check me in doesn't mean I was late. Worst uhaul experience

GLENDA OThe place is dirty. Homeless people hang around there and yell at you to park elsewhere. Finally a young lady came out and told me to park in a field where the gate was open. We took photos of everything in case someone steals blankets and or dolly. Terrible place!!
Barry BContract for car hauler was supposed to be canceled, and new contract for tow dolly. The contracts were never redone. I was charged full price for a cat hauler anyway. I have called several times to get a refund for the difference, with no results. Trying to get assistance with local dealer. Have not heard anything yet.

LARREAL DThe reservation was made to 9am and the lady got there at 9:30, she doesn’t know how to hook up the trailers, very very rude and tried to teach her how to do it she just told me that was the owner for more than 10 years, and even told me that won’t lease to me, she tried to un hook it and she couldn’t do it, she asked me to take the trailer and 3 miles after I left the trailer come off from my hitch causing my truck to scratch and made a big hole on my tail gate, never going back to that place again
Benjamin GThe pick up location service went above and beyond waiting for me to pickup the truck. I had to extend the pickup times on several occasions due to a airline flight delay. The service representative was very friendly and stated for me to no worry, as she would wait for me, even if the business closes before I arrived. I was able to pickup the truck, go load it, and proceed back to Nebraska without incident. Great kudos to that service location.
sammy sI drove up and guy came out in sweats and a tattered tshirt, in no way identified he was from U-Haul, told me to give him the keys, lit a cigarette, jumped in the cab and drove it off. I thought it was being stolen for a minute. I called to see if he was an actual employee and there was tons of noise in the background and was told yes he was and loudly rushed off the phone being told my receipt will be emailed. Will be disputing some of the charges with Amex as well because the chargers were Incorrect.
Joe ZNot try to scam me and put insurance and stuff that I said no to when making my reservation. Also. Don't charge people for extra miles if you guys don't have the equipment at the site that I originally requested. I had to drive farther due to Uhaul not having the equipment I need at my location. Then they have the nerve to try to charge me for extra miles. Every single person I talked to told me not to worry about it and I won't get charged extra for this inconvenience. I won't be using uhaul anymore. Terrible company.
