There was one employee at this location of which had no idea how to deal with U-haul in any capacity. Note, this was suppose to be during my scheduled return. I had to instruct the employee that mileage, the dolly, furniture pads along with inspection of the vehicle itself was necessary. As the employee was confused, they simply got a blank piece of paper and scribbled who knows what down. This was unbelievably frustrating as I then had to call u-haul directly to ensure I returned the vehicle at the correct time and in the correct state. I had wasted almost an additional hour dealing with this situation. Nothing against the employee, but whoever is managing this location for u-haul is doing a poor job on ensuring expectations are being met, unless expectation are low. Did I mention this was during a scheduled return!? Maybe these "authorized" places arent the best idea.

The only thing I would like to see is adding the taxes and fees to give you the total dollar amount you will be paying instead of the estimated amount. Merci ⁶

Patrick TThe location where we reserved the truck did not have it when we arrived, we then had to go to a location 2 miles away to pick it up, which was okay however it was very difficult to contact this location and determine that they actually had the equipment. It took over 2 hours to get it straightened out. The inside of the truck cab was very dirty, the back of the truck was leaking and some of our belongings got wet.
