Upon my returning of truck, Mgr indicated she has nothing to do with the on-line reservations & that I would have to call U-Haul, which I did. I left a message and when U/Haul called me back, I was advised to contact the location from where I rented the vehicle......

Eric H.When I arrived at the junky service station / UHaul location, I was completely ignored by one attendant sitting on the porch while he sat with ear buds in. Waited 4-5 minutes at a window (I assume lobby was closed due to covid) until someone appeared and I dropped my key with him, EARLY AFTERNOON ON AUG 28TH -- **A DAY EARLY** FROM WHEN THE TRUCK WAS DUE BACK (by 9:00am Aug 29). The next day I receive an email invoice from UHaul for an additional $40, stating my truck was returned a day late, showing my return was processed after 10:00am on Aug 29th. I replied with my concerns to the "contact us with questions" email provided within that message, and have gotten no response.
Michael R.After dropping off the rented 26' truck after 12 rented hours of the 48 we contracted for we asked for our refund for returning early. The honor store said Tom was not available but would call me back. No call. I called again during business hours and nobody answered my call. I left a message. No call back again. Very sad.
