My original pick up was at Biggins small engine repair but the equipment was not ready . Didn't end up getting my equipment till 2 hrs later and had to go 14 miles to get it which cost me alot extra on mileageWilliam B.

There is not much of a parking area for big trucks and vehicles simultaneously. No receipt was given to me upon returning the truck. I have been charged $57,79 for who knows what on the day after turning in the truck ON TIME. I need a $57,79 refund to correct this. I called the Northside Automotive to correct this error and Melissa said that it was not her error but the main Uhaul office because she never checks anyone in as "late." This was by far my worst experience with UHaul. My reservation was changed via email and within a 2 hour window of when I was to pick up. I did not see the email and went to the original location and I picked that location so that it would be an in person pick up not via the app. The change was made to a location that was all via the app. Which in looking for the email on the location change it did not state that the new location would be all via the app. I get to the location not knowing what to do and the man at that location was incredibly rude when I asked about picking up the uhaul. He got a little loud and just repeated everything is on the app. Was absolutely no help whatsoever. Then there was an issue upon return where it was not accepting the fuel information where it was a little past half a tank which it was when i picked it up and was saying it would be 150 fee because of the fuel. I have rented uhauls for moves to take large items to the landfill and never had I experienced this level of miscommunication and rudeness.Mary Ann B.

The office is in a dirty grage, and the lady thew a fit when i asked her and her partener to put out there cigerit the was smoking in the garage she said it's a private business she can throw me out and deny me the sale however that part's true she could. I'm an asthmatic severely can't be around cigarette smoke. She tried arguing that she has C.O.P.D. well thats grate you can kill yourself and your lungs but not mine and since you are a business there's a lovely law against smoking on the inside. But outside of that rudness they did put them out her parter was nice to step out to smoke. Told my original place of pickup that next time if they decided to change the me locations and you see it ahead of time could you call me I refuse to go back there no one contacted me about the change and both occasion a pickup and vehicle. Cuz I will not return to that local he said he's heard a lot of complaints about that location and the lady there so... much rather avoid her and that local however the Piqua store n lock location for U-Haul and as well as storage unit as always our fabulousKyle F.

When I arrived to pick up my 10 ft truck it was not there. I spent an hour waiting for resolution. Eventually a 15â€˜ truck was located at another location. An employee at the first location was gracious enough to take me in her personal vehicle to the new location. Once there we waited for 15 minutes for any employees to show up, and called multiple times. Eventually they arrived and checked me into the vehicle. It was very stressful and caused a big delay in my plans. I have tried to call uhaul customer service multiple times and spent hours on hold bit have yet to be able to file a complaint.ERIKA N.

When I arrived my truck was trapped behind 2 other Uhaul trucks in front of it, cars and equipment to the right of it, a fence to the left and a house to the right. I had to wait 30 minutes before I could drive my truck rental away. When I returned it on Saturday, I gave the keys to a gentlemen that told me everything would be taken care of. Than I found out Monday it wasn't and it took me 2 calls and a chat to get my truck logged back in and returned.John B.

Somehow I was charged an extra $25 for insurance and $5 for roadside coverage. I did not ask for that. When I reserved online, I believe that I turned that down. On a positive note. The trailer rode well and I appreciate the staff hooking up the trailer to The vehicle.Samuel P.

When I arrived, there were three people in the garage watching some video on their phone. I knocked and said I was picking up a trailer. They mumbled to go in the office and kept back at their video. Their office was not clean and was full of, and smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. I had to stand by the door so I could breath. Black cob webs on the ceiling, kids playing in the seats, chairs that are too tall for their desk for anyone to use, and inappropriate pictures on the wall. Not a good first impression. The trailer was a 4 pin wire and they didn't have a 7 pin converter. Upon return, I was told to return it by 8:45pm. I was there at 8:30 and when I asked for the final paperwork, they told me it was â€˜after hours and to leave the lot or they would call the cops'. I insisted for the paperwork so everyone was on the same page and they told me to leave again. They told me before kicking me out that if I had a problem to call 800-go-uhaul. Once I was out of their lot, that's exactly what I did. Not professional, would never use again and would highly NOT recommend.Josh L.

The app was a completely miserable experience. It was so poorly designed and implemented that I do not even know where to begin. The worst part of the experience was waiting about 15 minutes to get a response approving the license image. I will never use that app again, and everyone that helped me move saw how awful it was.Thomas H.
Maybe provide some sort of jack or stand to raise trailers up off ball hitch. If a trailer is loaded with weight and needs taken off the hitch it is quite difficult and unsafe to do this without a jackstand or something to rest the tongue of the trailer on while not on the hitch.BJ B.

If you enjoy rude service and being treated like an inconvenience, this is the place for you! You get to watch three people take a smoke break, and then let their family members cut ahead of you. Once these apathetic and heavily tattooed entrepreneurs finally get moving, they'll be sure to ignore your questions and act like you don't exist. Also, don't expect the items you ordered to be ready at the time of pickup. They'll have to dig them out once you get there. Leave a half an hour for that.Ned G.

Your sales rep for U-Haul was very rude and charged my credit card $79 and then 1440 on top of that and I asked her to take it off I did not buy the insurance they overcharged me and a very rudeMelissa O.
This location is on a very busy road, has a very small parking space, which was already filled with cars. They certainly did not have room to park a 26' truck. Inside the shop, there was incredibly loud music playing from a group of guys who were working on motorcycles. I will choose a different drop-off place next time.Roger T.
