When I arrived, there were three people in the garage watching some video on their phone. I knocked and said I was picking up a trailer. They mumbled to go in the office and kept back at their video. Their office was not clean and was full of, and smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. I had to stand by the door so I could breath. Black cob webs on the ceiling, kids playing in the seats, chairs that are too tall for their desk for anyone to use, and inappropriate pictures on the wall. Not a good first impression. The trailer was a 4 pin wire and they didn’t have a 7 pin converter. Upon return, I was told to return it by 8:45pm. I was there at 8:30 and when I asked for the final paperwork, they told me it was ‘after hours and to leave the lot or they would call the cops’. I insisted for the paperwork so everyone was on the same page and they told me to leave again. They told me before kicking me out that if I had a problem to call 800-go-uhaul. Once I was out of their lot, that’s exactly what I did. Not professional, would never use again and would highly NOT recommend.

The only complaint I have is that I originally gave the wrong location. The actual location was 50 miles less. I think I should get a refund on the 50 extra miles I paid for.

Service was excellent especially the regional scheduling manager. People at the pick up point were very helpful and efficient also.

The app was a completely miserable experience. It was so poorly designed and implemented that I do not even know where to begin. The worst part of the experience was waiting about 15 minutes to get a response approving the license image. I will never use that app again, and everyone that helped me move saw how awful it was.

Maybe provide some sort of jack or stand to raise trailers up off ball hitch. If a trailer is loaded with weight and needs taken off the hitch it is quite difficult and unsafe to do this without a jackstand or something to rest the tongue of the trailer on while not on the hitch.

If you enjoy rude service and being treated like an inconvenience, this is the place for you! You get to watch three people take a smoke break, and then let their family members cut ahead of you. Once these apathetic and heavily tattooed entrepreneurs finally get moving, they’ll be sure to ignore your questions and act like you don’t exist. Also, don’t expect the items you ordered to be ready at the time of pickup. They’ll have to dig them out once you get there. Leave a half an hour for that.

The individuals here were very polite and helpful with the UHaul rental. But it is a crowded garage with not much parking space to leave a car when you come to pick up your rental.

Multiple issues with the trailer being ready. Spend extended period of time getting it ready for me to rent. Associate was friendly but his boss was less than helpful. Trailer was clean and ready to go. Placed my reservation on will call to be dropped off at any location with in the 3 days. In which I did!

I was not asked if I wanted the insurance for the trailer but was charged for it anyway. I have a reference i.d. 1799542, waiting for reimbursement for the insurance.

Your sales rep for U-Haul was very rude and charged my credit card $79 and then 1440 on top of that and I asked her to take it off I did not buy the insurance they overcharged me and a very rude

This location is on a very busy road, has a very small parking space, which was already filled with cars. They certainly did not have room to park a 26' truck. Inside the shop, there was incredibly loud music playing from a group of guys who were working on motorcycles. I will choose a different drop-off place next time.

My trailer had no left light. I had to do the electrical wiring myself. It was not wired at all! Also my order had been canceled. I ordered two trailers and when I called to confirm the day before they had cancel one of my trailers. I had to spend hours over the course of a couple of days in order to work out the details. I am not at all please with the experience, especially with the amount of money I paid for the trailers. There was zero customer service or curtesy shown. I should have received a phone call regarding them cancelling my order (which they did not do) and I should have received a trailer with a working tail light (which I did not receive) I expect things like this from other moving companies, but U-Haul is supposed to be the industry leader. I would say there is work to be done.

The car dolly I was rented was broken but that was not apparent until I was 5 hours away in Chicago. As a result of the damaged dolly there was damage to my car. I required extra time to arrange help to get the car off the dolly without further damage. I was charged nearly 5 times what it would have cost had the dolly not been defective. The local UHaul dealer said I would have to address it with Uhaul direct, thus further wasting my time. I will NOT do business with them again! I thought I could not be more dissatisfied, except the smoke filled shop added insult to my asthma, had to use my inhaler as soon as I got out of there.

I was notified 2 days in advance the location where I had made my online reservation would not have the size trailer I requested and the representative I spoke with could not accommodate my request to pick the trailer up anywhere close since this was a Sunday pickup. I had to pick up the trailer over 350 miles from my original pickup destination and a day early and drive it all the way to where I really needed it. When you make an online reservation over a week in advance of the pickup date, you expect that to be plenty of time to make sure the equipment you rent will be at that location.

We rented an appliance cart along with our uhaul. When we dropped it off to the closed location we were uneasy leaving it in an unlocked truck. We backed it up close to the garage door but really it would still be easily accessible. When renting such extras, locks should be provided in our opinion to protect both investments.

When I got there to pick up my truck no one was there and neither was my truck. The place was closed. I looked at the hours posted on the door and it was supposed to be open at that time. I waited, tried to call the number listed on the doors but no answer. Finally, there was a man that came to store and said he would call the manager. The manager told him that my truck was not there, they had moved it along with my reservation and to call 1-800-UHaul. When I did the man on the line said he was sorry this happend. Registared me over the phone for the truck that was on the lot and gave it to me at the same price as the other one I reserved. UHaul made the situation better but I would have to say I would think twice before going back to that establishment to rent a truck.
