Paul BradyTruck was absolutely disgusting, smelled horrible and was filthy. Cargo area was trashed with garbage and cigarette buds in it. Absolutely horrendous.
Brian BonamarteWe are not happy we picked a location right near our home. It was approved in our reservation. Fast forward to drop off - we were told we can no longer drop off there but instead have to drive another 20 min one way to drop off. Not happy.

RICHARD SPELLMy issue is not the location but rather the obnoxious policy of having the vehicle only 5/9 full. Clearly an effort for Uhaul to get customers to buy gas for them or pay a refueling surcharge/premium. You should be like most rental companies and have the gas tank full upon commencement of the rental. Next time I will rent from budget

This is my second time renting from this location. Last time the truck needed a quart of oil to turn the oil light off. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!!

Jamo Van de bogertThe employee that works there is unprofessional yells and gives a time and attitude to customers lies to them about availability when the website says reservations are available for certain vehicles he says they are not and website is wrong and then I show up and he try to suggest a different vehicle then what you want. He drives the company vehicles to and from work and home I seen him.andvmy boyfriend did drive erratically into the parking lot arriving for work in a haul truck. He is intimidating and rude as well as disrespectful and cuts you off when you are speaking. He most definitely is over charging people tried to force me into purchasing road side and collision coverage after repeatedly saying no just kept pushing and he is losing about gas levels and charging people on a bill after wards he says tanks full then it's not full and u confront him and he dents it and then you get a bill I had a couple friends say this happened to them too and he's living about mileage obviously I think to cover up that he is using vehicles himself and the vehicle was filthy I had to clean it at car wash out of my own pocket money so I didn't have to ride around with ash dirt mud and crumbs and it smelled bad too. This is beyond obscure.

Patricia EltermanThe truck I went to pick up listed online was apparently broken when I arrived. I had to settle for a larger truck with worse fuel economy and more cost per mile with no discount even though the other truck was listed as available. I then found garbage in the truck which is a surprise as Uhaul claims to charge and clean these vehicle after every person but it obviously wasn't. The vehicle I was given had no antenna (from what appears to be accident repairs) so the radio did not work and was offered no discount for it even though the sales associate knew of this before I went to use this vehicle. Maybe not rent a broken vehicle/trailers at full price and remove them from the website if they are out of use (even though I saw that same truck and associate drive off in the "broken" vehicle later on)

Cindy BroxtermanNo way to do the pick-up online. Waited about 30 mins to get truck because there were several people ahead of me. Truck was up a hill about 1/2 a block from the building. They should have pulled it forward. I am an older person and the hike up hill was tough. The truck smelled of gas. There was quite a bit of dings that I had to report because they looked nothing like the pictures U-Haul showed. There was a newer truck, that I went to first, only to realize I was in the wrong truck. The clock had the wrong time. These were details that, with a little bit of attention, would have changed my review.
