I have used many storage facilities over the years and can say without hesitation that this one is the best. The facility was spotless and the staff very helpful.
When you load the Trailer and it is still attached to your vehicle And you need to get it off of the knob the trailer needs a jack put on them other than that it was fine.
Wonderfully easy to work with. Mr. Willie and Mrs Cathy are the best.

Put jacks on trailers they are a bit heavy for one to pick up .
There should be a jack to lift the heavy trailer tongue onto the trailer hitch. It's ridiculous that something that heavy must be lifted by hand and connected to the trailer hitch. Disappointed uhaul.
Have some way to check lights on the trailer. Before you hook up to your on vehicle.
WE HAVE RENTED THIS TYPE TRAILER SEVERAL TIMES FROM NORTHSIDE STORAGE IN PHILADELPHIA, MS, AND ALWAYS GOT GREAT SERVICE. WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM.

Well, the gentleman was very nice, and the office and grounds were satisfactorily maintained. But I noticed on our contract that the trucks should be cleaned out and swept, and ours was not. Also, I did not realize our rental did not have a ramp, and I was allowed to rent an appliance dolly. I feel like I should have been told the truck didn't have a ramp, and I wouldn't have rented the dolly.
Will use this storage facility again Very friendly staff Pleasure doing business with!

Service was great, everything was just as stated in my confirmation call.
My pick up site changed as I was enroute to pick up my rental. The operator "Willy" told me that one of the tires mihht be low. The lot was across the street in a muddy location. I had to help "Willy" pick up the tongue to attach the trailer. The wheels of the trailer were caked with mud but "Willy" confirmed the inside was "clean". When I hot home with the trailer, right rear tire had only 30lbs compared to 55lbs in the other three. The inside was tracked up with mud and I was forced to hose it out before I could load my belongings. The trailer performed excellant, but the little items have left me very disappointed.
I spent an hour in the office. I had previously reserved my uhaul online and then by phone. However when I got there the "system was running slow". There is absolutely no reason I should have had to sit there for an hour, especially since I did everything online. Not to mention that when i reserved a certain size truck I received a call stating that they didn't have that size truck available. This was the worst uhaul experience I've ever had. I had people helping me and I took an extra hour out of their day just sitting in the parking lot. The guy there was nice enough but he seemed clueless on how to troubleshoot anything concerning uhaul. Finally after an hour we finished the process on paper which took five minutes.
The entire process was great. The U-Haul call center was excellent and I felt confident that our move would be successful. Thanks so much!!!!
The gentleman running the office was very nice and polite. He even stayed late to insure I didn't need any help with the trailers. Definitely would recommend this place to anybody
The address you sent me to was wrong.(correct address: 1350 Pecan Ave, Philadelphia, MS 39350). It was a mile down the road. I had to look up the closest uhaul dealer, drive there and hope they were the right place. You also made me drive 50 min to get the truck. I needed an auto transport and the closest one you had for me was 50 min in the opposite direction from the truck. I would have spent almost 4 hours just picking up the equipment.
I made reservations days in advance, only to be told the day before that no large truck would be available, so I had to take much smaller truck. Imagine my disappointment when I pulled up to get smaller truck at 6:45 the next morning and 2 big trucks were sitting next to the smaller one. Then as I drove thru town, saw another big truck at another location (Harold's).. I used many more miles during my in-town drive as I had to rent smaller truck. Very disappointed !!!!! I was told several times on Friday that no big truck was available.
Ensure that vehicle is clean. Verify and have gas accurate.
