The equipment should have been available where it was promised ! I should not have had to drive over 40 miles one way to pick up the equipment as I ordered it a few week prior to the pickup date. Although they gave me a extra day. I was not a happy customer!

Owner promptly came out to get the equipment ready, and helped get us on our way. The "store" could use a little work, as everything seems to be in a state of repair. This didn't effect the rental at all, just made the trek around the back of the building to the basement office a bit of an adventure. I would definitely rent from this site again.

Really appreciate having a local Uhaul dealer in The Northwoods. Didn't have to go an hour or more out of our way just to pick up or deliver the trailer! The gentleman who runs this location is friendly and has great customer service. Highly recommended!

The V10 Ford was a little heavy on gas usage. On the contract the fuel chart showed 1\8 tank the dealer showed us in it where we had to return it with a 1\4. So we had to go back to a gas station and put gas in it.
