ABDUL SThe vehicle condition was pathetic. The drivability was not all there. It was too difficult to manage the vehicle due to its wheel alignments. The fuel efficiency was low. Engine sound was noisy and irritating. Finally they didn't allow for dropping the vehicle at destination U-Haul center and just because of that I had to drive back 260kms unnecessarily.

Kumar KI filled up the gas after my use and still I was charged with $16 worth of gas which is not justified. The final receipt showed me the gas tank reading was at 7/8 when I delivered the truck, however, I did fill up the gas and the needle was almost touching "F". At first go after filling up the gas, I thought why did I fill up too much of gas although I barely run the truck then I thought "That's Ok". When I saw the final receipt in my email, I was shocked. Generally, when you do the ignition of the truck, it takes 2-3 mins to show you the actual status of the gas in the truck. Very annoying experience. Have been trying to chase them since 3 days now, the owners are not ready to pick up the call as well.

gurinderjeet dThere was a mixup whereby the franchise owner correctly left the keys in the lock box for me as I had requested an 8am online pickup. Corporate went and rented out my truck at 1am and had the renter drop the keys early morning in the drop box. So the keys were not in the lockbox and when I went to check in online, the system said I had to do it in person at 9am when the store opened. I called the uhaul help line but couldn't get through so left my number for a callback. When the call came back, I pressed the number to speak to someone but it didn't work. Luckily the Norval Convenience store owners came to work early and got this all resolved and I was on my way by 8:45. The lady owner in particular was fantastic in the way she worked to get me on my way as quickly as possible. My 3rd time renting from this location and would do so again.

VIVIANJ CThe reservation and pick up was really easy and convenient. The location was perfect for my needs and the price was good. The Van was almost new but the windshield was dirty and the driver door had stains on it. There were dried mud footprints in the back and drivers side floor. This did not hinder my rental or cause a problem. But I though you should get this feedback about the van.

Jorge JThe Manager and her husband was very rude. I when l went to return the vehicle, they start abusing me and the husband attacked me. I was saved by other customers presented in the store.. this location is very bad. They don't show respect to their customers. Don't go there.
