They have no idea how this stupid registration process works. I was charged twice, and they still think I have the trailer because they never recorded it coming back.

Site did not do or know how to hook up the trailer. Also I did not except any insurance but was charged $16 for 2 days. I would like my $16 refunded please

Robert EAt this location the owner or clerk doesn't know how to use the technology so you have to phone a number and get assisted that way. It wasted about 20 minutes of our time. When the check-in was finally sorted and my boyfriend was given the key. He went out and there was a trailer on the truck we rented. He told the clerk and he said, "don't you know how to take it off". The clerk had no idea but fortunately another staff guy showed up and assisted him. If you don't know how to use the tech and aren't willing to learn, you probably shouldn't be a uhaul location. Or at the very least there should be some kind of warning or notice of the circumstances at this location. That said, the two men that helped us over the phone were both wonderful. I really think we should've received a discount for the inconvenience. We were also late for our appointment/pick up we rented the truck for in the first place. Also, 89 cents a KM is ridiculous. I wouldn't rent from uhaul again, cheaper to get a Home Depot van for $40 and unlimited mileage.

Edward BI registered online and the cost per km is.89. At the location they charged 1,43 per km and my card still has not been reimbursed. Difference in what it should have cost is almost $100
Adrian KI had to drive over an hour out of my way to pick this truck up and when I picked it up it was dirty in the cab with coffee spills and food on the floor. I'd be ashamed to rent something like that to a customer!
Brian GI would never recommend someone to use uhaul. The drop off location was great however the pick up location did not have debit and or an atm and we had to wait 1,5 hours for people to pay for gas so we could do cash back and get cash in order to pay for the uhaul. Called during this time and complained and they said they said they could not give me a discount until I dropped off the uhaul in pembroke. When I got to pembroke the guy was not able to give me a discount and I had to call uhaul again And complain. I've been offered a 25 dollar gift card (not even Money off my order) and a gift card won't do anything as I've already used the service and paid. Uhaul is the worst ..

Darryl OLong wait , canceled without notification, overcharged and got some refund but not all. Truck was disgusting with trash and a vape pipe. Pics were provided to CS. Will never rent uhaul again and will be sharing on social media.

Marg CAlthough the pick and drop off location experiences were acceptable, the experience with head office has not been a good one. We ordered a large truck weeks in advance and when moving day arrived the truck was significantly smaller and pick up location was quite far away. The km were adjusted to accommodate the pick up but this did not help us as we then needed to make 2 trips to take our belongings to the new place resulting in extra gasoline costs not to mention the time spent on the road (2 hours each) so a move that should have been completed in one trip/one load took 2 trips. We were very disappointed that when the truck was booked, options were not provided so that we would sure to have the truck size originally requested for a one way move.
anne jI was told I would be picking up in Peterborough and then had to drive an additional 30 km each way to go pick up my truck.
Logan BI pulled the truck in and handed the keys to the clerk outside. I was disappointed that I had filled the vehicle not sure how much gas I would use costing $207. I picked the vehicle up with 1/4 tank. I returned it with 3/4 of a tank and felt I should have been reimbursed for 1/2 of the gas as that was all I used. Had I returned the truck I would have been charged for it.

Mark DWe had reserved the vehicle ahead of time and when we arrived there was no record of it. Luckily there was what we needed there and the person dealing with us was very nice and accommodating.
