I scheduled my pickup online. When I got there for the pickup, everyone was out to lunch when I called to try to get the keys. I guess all the employees took their lunch at the same time. So 45 minutes later they show back up to give me the keys. After I returned my rental, I got an email saying I never dropped off my equipment. I had to call customer service and they had to call the location to verify the truck was there. So while I will continue to use Uhaul, I won’t go back to that location.

I requested an appliance dolly with my truck and did not receive one now i am getting an email saying i did not return something i never received someone needs to fix this problem im not paying for something i never got i want the price refunded i contacted the people at the roosevelt blvd store and was told they would take care of it

Couldn't find location forever and finally did. Poorly marked and no information posted.

We contracted for a one way move from OH to SC and the site doesn't allow you to change the amount of miles made me select 825 miles. So I asked the representative while I was there if we were under would they refund the difference and he said yes. We took great care to only drive the amount we needed and turned the truck in using only 652 miles and turned it in a day early. I called uhaul and they tell me that he was incorrect. They do not refund mileage and the lady tells me they give a generous 20% over so that customers don't have to worry about overage. If I would have known I would have keep the truck a day longer and ran the miles up and used the extra gas that was left. Guess it was just a bonanza for you uhaul since you charge per mile. Also left more gas than it started out with. Will be remembering this in the future.

The folks at don jusn were super friendly but i felt a bit unorganized. Also the fact that the truck was not recognized as returned in timely manner was concerning but i understand that the gentleman had a personal issue. The lady at the call center was super freindly and helpful. All in all a good experience but some unusual issues.
