nancy meredithI was not told there was limit in the mileage. I am shocked being charged $96.+ for 79 extra miles. I have rented from U Haul before and never had to pay an extra mileage fee. The copy of the contract I signed was totally illegible.

Cyrano AlduendeI would not recommend uhaul to anybody. Because they charged me twice. I do not mind the charges but when the representative at the location do not tell me that would a double charge if I am late then that a rep off. Maybe written on the contract buy you know and I know nobody wants to use the truck and have the time to read. Also the truck had a check light engine and the rep. And fuel cap Insisted that there is nothing with truck. When I tried to fill the gas the gas leaked from the bottom of the truck so spelled and lost gas. You trucks is not even least environmentally Safe. The location was not welcoming it is not clean not organized. If you want to check on that truck and location here is my reservation # 16235777.

Christina akinsI did a 24/7 rental and had no interaction with staff. However, the truck I did rent had a few mechanical issues. It was clean, which I appreciated, but starting and braking were issues. I hope the location can get UHAUL to fix these issues before another customer used it

Juan MurilloTruck had vehicle issues and took awhile to pick up speed when coming to a complete stop. Store location wasn't helpful, and ended up charging me my pick up scheduled time instead of when I actually picked up the truck.

Gregory AllenThe back of the truck had little crumbs of debris in it. And uhaul ripped me off on the gas usage. I drove 11 miles and got charged 23,85 for 5 gallons of gas, which is more than the 4,5 per gallon, which would have totaled 22.50. I am not happy.

Dennis PetersThe agent asked for a $60 deposit for the car tow dolly. I told him to put it on the card and he gave me a receipt for that amount. When I returned the dolly at another place they knew nothing about the deposit. I checked with the bank and the card was not charged for the deposit. The right turn signal did not work and he Sid I could change it for another or just take it. I did not see another one so I just took it being pressed for time.

Alan ChaneyRented a car dolly. The attendant was extremely friendly, but did not know how the ratchet straps to secure the car worked. He did print out the set of instructions. Would be more beneficial to provide training to the attendant at this location.

Cynthia GeislerThe truck was delivered with less than 1/4 tank of fuel, but in the contract, showed that it had. 1/4 of fuel. When I delivered the truck, I was charged UDS 42 , becuase the tank was less than 1/4. Unfortunatelly I didn´t take a picture of the fuel indicator....
