-Truck would not start. Battery was dead. Had to boost truck multiple times. Truck was not clean. Items and broken glass/plastic left in the cargo area App didn't work. Pick up/drop off took a long time and multiple calls to u haul. Dolly was not in unit but we were charged for it even after multiple calls to u haul. Unit only had 1/4 tank of fuel at pickup.

Jack GCruise control would be good to have on the long drives. I rented in Canada and the max height sticker could have meters at least in small print as every structure is listed in meters.
Lawrence PWhen advertising the cost of rental, you should add something into the add that states other fees apply. A rental truck, 15' is advertised for rent, 19,95 a day...I had it for 24hrs and paid just over $75...quite a jump from $20...

Brad KI arrived to pick up the trailer with a hitch ball that was too big. The hitch was stuck but the three men that finally got it off were wonderful and the ladies that helped made us feel very comfortable and were so nice. I would recommend anyone to use this location. We were very happy with the service.

Crystal MI selected counter service and when I showed up no one was there. Spent significant time trying to find out how to get the truck. Had to be outside taking pictures and getting into a lock box when it was -43 degrees celsius (-45 fahrenheit). Absolutely ridiculous.
LORRIE SCustomer service was excellent. Truck was dirty,Back roll up door leaks and the fan belt squealed for the 1100 km trip.Some of our belongings got wet including our mattress. A credit would be appreciated..Claudia was very good at the agent office in Camrose.
Waylon WHad to pick up the trailer early for my rental as they are closed on weekend. And was told I would only have to pay for the Sunday Monday I needed. After the trailer was returned, my bull was adjusted for the whole period for when they closed. Doubling then amount I was told I had to pay. On top of it when I deliver the insurance they couldn't remove it, so I had to pay for that as well. Overall very disappointed and would not recommend anyone using this location as they are just lying to people about what they will charge.

Lester UNew tires are definitely needed on the unit I was driving. I believe summer tires are actually in the unit because I got stuck in 2" of snow that was in my yard. Aside from that I had no issues what so ever. Very welcoming staff and they were more than happy to answer any question I had. I definitely recommend the Nyback location in camrose.

Joseph AGet the Call Center of UHAUL out of the way. They interfere, cause distress to the customer because of wrong information, and generally screw up the transaction. Why do they hire a person to do a job then micromanage them to the point of ridiculous! The team at Nyback is excellent, the owner treats his team very well... if Uhaul Call Center would butt out, my experience would have been perfect.
