You cannot Park your car in that location is nothing full of cars I cannot even find a trailer I had a drive around to find a parking spot then I found the trailer I was told they was both look everything over they never did before I left a gentleman from the belleros location told me he was supposed to come out look it up or help me take a picture of the license plate and take a picture of the set up to make sure it is properly attached to my car they did not do nothing like that if I did not look on the YouTube videos I would never know how to hook it up myself I would never recommend any my friends that location I would never go there again that location that location should be shut down from U-Haul

The staff was very was very helpful and provided the van on short notice,. Al did all the paperwork quickly and explained all we needed to know. The van was clean, airconditioned and in very good working order. I appreciated being able to return the van after hours and was pleased to.recieve my credit card receipt early the next morning by emaiil. I will definately use them again.

U-Haul did not provide dollies that were requested online Making the truck useless to picking up my hot tub. The owner of the facility was able to recommend buying the equipment from harbor freight around the corner. A little more but I got the job done. Truck reaked of stale cigarretes. Also I refused insurance online because mt card covers this but the guy snuck the charge in without telling me. Shouldn't be this hard to rent a truck Go somewhere else.

while the location was convenient the proprietor is dishonest. After a dispute of the mileage, then the amount of gas (gave me the unit on E) 3.9 miles going and returning I knew the vehicle would make it. No problem. Said I was responsible to return vehicle with a quarter tank of gas (minimum). I ordered a cargo van and was given a truck instead. Why? when a van was on the premises. Called by the owner and was told my bill would be 72.00, went back to the location to dispute the charges and final bill came to 53.37 I did not get what I agreed upon when the reservation was made and I am not satisfied that he tried to take advantage of me. If this is a practice that U Haul condones then this is the last time I will ever do business with ANY of your outlets. BWO

The owner gave us the truck right after costumer returned it without checking it, was a big dent on the driver side bumper which I showed it to my wife and didn't make big deal of it. Then he handed us the paper which shows exactly half tank gas when I turn the car on was clearly less than half again I didn't go back and urge about it

The person who worked there was not friendly or informative and when I asked him questions it seemed like he was annoyed. He didn't tell me anything unless I asked him..he didn't go over the truck or inspect it and put the wrong mileage on the receipt. Terrible, terrible customer service and I will never go back there again.

The first reservation I had at omega on sunrise highway. I went to pick up the van I RESERVED and the place was closed for the day. How do you send someone a confirmation number and then close for the day?? Very unprofessional and very inconvenient. Thanks for your help getting another location. Tommy Donohue

The guy there was a super gentleman to deal with. All was explained, late return after their Saturday closing was accommodated. No unexpected charges. These people were just an extreme pleasure to deal with and i would recommend then to anyone needing to rent a van. Its far far easier then the retail big box stores that rent, that don't take reservations, My thanks to the gentleman there for making trhis painless.

They did not have any furniture dollies. I have ordered 2 of them online. The furniture pads were in bad shape and the van tank was empty. We returned it with a full tank and they say we don't get credit for gas. What a shame!

Normal when you rent a vehicle you get a full tank of gas, at this location they gave me a van with a half a tank and told me to return it with a half a tank which I did. Then l get the bill and the charge me for over $11 dollars because the said it was less than half a tank. I doubt I would use U-Haul again when they associate them self poor establishments! Customer service was terrible. Felt bullied into purchasing additional insurance and no one was available to hook the trailer onto my truck so I had to come back later and they neglected to change the return time so I was nearly charged for an additional day when I returned in two days later prior to the time I actually received the trailer.

The place where I picked up the truck I have no problems with it is U Haul overall. You will will never ever get my business again. They messed up my reservation it took them 3 days to get it correct I had two people hang up on me multiple times they transfer me to different locations. This was the absolute worst I got no credit on anything I had to get the truck on the day I did not want it from a place I did not want to get it from. I would never ever ever went from U Haul again they have the worst customer service they do not tell the customers the truth. I had one of the customer service rep tell me there is absolutely nothing they can do. When I told her that was terrible customer service because you should say let me see what I can do she told me that I was yelling at her. She didn't care about anything that was going on that they messed up she hung up on me when I tried to call back she hung up on me again. There was only two individuals that helped one was chante which is in the central location and Mike out of the Long Island location they got me the truck. I had to have you ever go all the way to Amityville when I needed to go to Rockville Center and do a one way trip to Virginia. Thank you Jesus that my daughter made it to Virginia safely. But it was two days late and it was behind my schedule and I was hung up on treated poorly never again I was supposed to get a credit never got a credit because of the inconvenience goodbye you never again.

the issues that I had with U-Haul do not apply to this location. This was the fastest service ever,--it took less than 15 minutes to process and pick up equipment. Unlike the Far Rockaway branch about a year ago, where it took almost an hour and they forced me to spend $75.00 on a part that U-Haul should have had anyway. Great location and great service. Will use again.

Make the drop box visible so I don't have to search the premecis for it. That way I won't have to stuff the key under the door. Now it makes sense why I was asked if I'd like $20 off to bring tbe truck to the Huntington location. I'm supposed to tack on extra miles & burn extra gas to get $20 off, then have to pay for it anyway by taking it to a different location at my risk. REALLY? Never again!

I had to drop off the trailer on a Sunday and unfortunately the shop is not open on Sundays. I left the trailer in the parking lot which was packed with cars awaiting repairs. I did call on Monday and the manager confirmed that the trailer was there and everything was fine.

Showed up at Farmingdale location. My reservation was cancelled without my knowledge. Was directed to secondary location at 199 County Line Road. That location was very professional and I would recommend them to others.
