Richard HSuch a disaster . I rated the uhaul place where i picked up with a 5 start review and the return with a 5 star review. , secondary to the customer services I received. The men there were very helpful , However , the UHAUL in general is rated a 1 , the uhaul app is useless, your UHaul representatives are awful, with the exception of the lady who spoke with the man from Youngstown where I dropped off the Uhaul. I was charged 2 times for the UHAUL. If I wasn't for him helping me , I would of never got a human on the phone to help get my money back , Which by the way I haven't received as of today . real nice you can take my money in a blink of an eye , but can't return as promptly as you took it . I don't think UHAUL takes in account what people go through, when they are making changes in their life. It a business. I get it !.. But if I even hear from one of you with this letter , I would be a miracle. Thanks but no Thanks , never again will I use UHAUL again

Kasey SI felt very unsafe dropping the Uhaul off here. I was confused when a guy drove up and said just lock it up and you can give the keys to me and you're good to go. It didn't feel right, but I continued to do the full return process myself online. The guy was very nice, just not sure who he was because the place was closed and no one answered the phone when I called earlier, yet he was still there. I was also approached by other men trying to sell me things.

Stoy HThe truck was very dirty when we picked up the equipment and we had to clean it out. The person who checked us in did not go over the truck or trailer, he just handed us the keys and sent us on our way. When we asked questions, he said I don't know. We had to figure out how to load and secure our vehicle on our own. These people we absolutely clueless!
donald gI would make it known that if you don't have the exact location setting onyour phone turned on, the GPS will not recognize you at that location. It took me a few minutes to realize that was the reason the GPS did not recognize me being at the store.
