The truck was very old and did not accelerate well.

No gas in truck at all. Literally on zero and it was inputted at 5/16 and then you charged me for returning at 1/4 tank. Unacceptable. Truck was filthy and I had to clean inside the cab and sweep out the truck. Fact I was charged a cleaning fee upon return is ridiculous.

Location was hard to find and a little sketchy but the gentlemen were very nice and helpful.

Spoke to one person, told us to drive to the back of the lot and leave it there. Didn't offer much help or guiadance. I did the self serve drop off using the app. The facility was not well marked and we weren't sure that we were at the correct place at firs.

The uhaul rep had left and was late returning so I had to wait.

This was the worst service I have experienced. It took me over 2 hours to rent a trailer with multiple credit cards declined through their phone but they worked elsewhere. I was very disgusted by how this was handled . I had chosen a different site but was sent here !

Had to wait almost an hour before I was able to drive off with vehicle. When I return vehicle, I was told individual wasn't there to intake the vehicle. I dropped off the vehicle and was told to come back in an hour to complete return. When I returned, I was told that I had just missed the individual. Will not go back to this location. Very unprofessional.
