I canceled the reservation after visiting the facility prior to moving my possessions into it. After seeing the location and poor condition of the facility I determined that my property would not be safe at that facility.

And still got charged for November and on The receipt is saying that my next payment due is December 1. Have been calling the number we had on record before heading back over to the storage office thinking that the number has been changed but nope same number and no answer. We've been up there five times already and no one is there during office hours.
