You can double check with the customer initialing the visual check of the starting & returning mileage I got charged for over 100 miles I didn’t drive and then had the employee argue with me that I didn’t just move 5 miles down the road. She did not offer to recheck the mileage or even look into the possibility an error might have been made. Poor customer service.

Everyone was great. I've been moving for 2 weeks, no days off of work, and I'm exhausted. Had an attitude with the women and they were very professional. I'm so sorry guys. I just needed a nap with my favorite blankie. Everything is much better now.

The storage facility is very clean and has awesome staff. It is just so expensive! $200 for one trip, plus $40 to fill the Uhaul back up. Hope it would just be more affordable.

Don't commit to reserving a vehicle that was rented the day before hoping it will be returned on time. I had to wait one hour for the vehicle I had reserved to be returned and ready for rent to me.

I rented the 20ft truck. On the Winshield was 19.99, they told me that’s not the price and I assumed it was 29.95. But I was charged 39.95, so I called to verify this information. The Manager was accusing me of expecting to get the truck free and then was yelling at me on the phone. I respectfully told her 3 times that she was yelling, she wouldn’t stop, so I yelled back and hung up the phone on her. When I picked the truck up the gas tank was slightly above half the tank but I filled it to full tank because I was happy with the initial service I received at this location. But to have the manager not hear my concerns and questions and start accusing me and yelling at the same time is the worst customer service I’ve ever received.

My original reservation was at Rio Vista Uhaul pickup and they did not have the right size vehicle and had to go with a crew (cost me extra $400) as I had another moving crew in 2 locations and waiting with getting the correct size truck. I have been renting Uhauls for decades and by far the worst experience that caused me to have to work until 2 am to make up for lost time and worked to exhaustion. Your scheduling department is very bad and made no effort to make amends to their error. I had a confirmed reservation and all I was was to go to anther town to get the truck I had reserved. No discount no waiver and the scheduling team in Rio Vista and at your call center were the WORST I have ever experienced. I am not sure I will ever use your services again. If it were not for the nice people at Oakley CA that had a truck available and were very nice, I would have said Good Riddens to all forever. This fiasco cost me emotional distress and additional overtime of two crews - more than $400 extra in costs.

Thanks for switching my 8:30 reservation to a location that doesn’t open until 9:00am. I didn’t have a tight schedule or anything.... How about cleaning the dog hair and tree branch out of the cab and making sure the truck is not 1 1/2 quarts low on oil...seriously! No furniture blankets, really....?! When you order furniture blankets have them available for your customers and don’t switch my reservation to a location that doesn’t have them to rent. Complete FAILURE UHaul!

The air conditioning on the truck did not work well. No air would come out of the vents directed towards the face. Air only came out of the floor. Staff was friendly however.

In searching for a rental truck I noticed that the hours for pickup is typically 9:00am. Earlier hours would be more helpful. Also, the records for the truck I rented indicated a full tank of fuel. However, it was at 3/4 full. The person checking me out made note of the discrepancy and we agreed I would only need to bring it back at 3/4 of a tank. However, when I returned the truck the rental location did find a way to change or credit the 1/4 tank. It seemed they had a tough time to make the credit but figured it out. Definitely a great rental location and would rent from them again. Thank you.

Install functional Drop Off box closer to the office door and make sure Box is secure. Existing box is no good and too far from door. Note: Excellent customer service!!!
